Nice old small rug from Tibet, circa early 20th century, appears to be all natural dyes with cotton warp and weft. A bit missing off the “head ends”, a few small bare spots and old repairs but overall fair condition, buts still functional and a few cuts above “shabby chic”. L: 81cm/32in and W: 50cm/19.8in.

Good early 20 the century Miao wedding blanket from Antai area, Guangxi Zhuang, China. The base is made from all handspun cotton with silk and cotton warp embroidered geometrical floral pattern and swastika meander at lower border, the entire piece is framed in a handspun indigo border (possibly original). There is one hole on the cotton border and minor discoloration/fading in the center. 72cm/28.5in x 77cm/30 in, with border 110cm/43in x 108cm/42in.

Fine old Yao embroidery with Chinese characters, from the Kin Mun Lantien subgroup Yunnan/Vietnam. This piece is in excellent condition with no damage and is circa early 20th century.
