Throughout Chinese history, the Phoenix has been associated with the female principle and, most importantly, with the Empress. This large, reticulated bronze plaque retains excellent detailing and significant amounts of its original gilding. It measures just under 4" in height and slightly more than 4" in width. A very rare of Yuan dynasty blue and white yuhuchun vase with horse motif, rounded side with pear shape body and glazed base, vase decorated with under glaze blue of reverse blue base white horse in three different style motif , vase is excavated from trowulan east java.
Vase condition is broken into several big pieces, re glued / taped, missing upper part, very good sample for any one who interested into early Chinese porcelain.

A small, most beautiful and very rare vase. Fine shugary white porcelain body, covered with an translucent Aquamarin-coloured glaze. Song Dynasty, 12th - 13th century. H : 6,8 cm. Condition : Perfect. ( It seems there is a small missed area to the irregularly shaped, unglazed foot-area. The glazed area of the vase is in an absolutely perfect condition.)

Extremely rare Song - Yuan Dynasty glassvase. But this rare and extraordinary piece also might be earlyer, because it has been excavated together with some broken Tang Dynasty sancai items. A good Song - Yuan qingbai glaze large bowl, rounded side with deep center and glazed base, unglazed rim, bowl is decorated with fine clear two phoenix bird and flower motif at inner part.

A very rare well potted Celadon glazed Melon-shape Ewer. Longquan ware, Southern Song Dynasty, 12th - early 13th century. Diameter of the body : 10,3 cm. ( From spout to the end of the handle : 13,1 cm. ) H : 10,7 cm. Condition : There is an insignificant and invisible professional repair to the handle and to the bottom of the piece. This rare piece would be a absolute addition to any Longquan collection.

Chinese Song dynasty conical form bowl with slightly flared rim covered in a pale blue-green qingbai (yingqing) glaze that stops at the flat, unglazed low foot. Fine comb incised abstract swirling patterns are faintly visible in the interior. 6 5/8” diameter x 2 1/2" high. Circa 13th century. Good overall condition. There are two long old hairlines down one side of the interior and a single hairline with a fork on the other side (see closeup images)...

A Japanese circular hand mirror decorated with a stylised representation of Penglai, Horai, island the principal elements of which are a pair of small birds in flight, stylised rocks with pine branches above stylised waves and a central Turtle, kame, form boss. The mirror is probably late Kamakura or Nambokucho in date, first half of the fourteenth century.
