The Thais developed a taste for Chinese porcelains made in shapes suited to their way of eating and living, and decorated with Thai motifs and in Thai taste. There are two categories of ceramics made at Jingdezhen for the Thai market: Bencharong (five-colour) wares and Lam Nai Tong (goldwashed) wares. PERIOD : 19th century. A brown-glazed bowl made for the purpose of grinding ink or mineral pigment for painting. Ming or early Qing Dynasty. The bowl is in excellent condition with a production flaw(a chip) on the bottom. Diameter: 5"; height: 2".

This Rondel was most likely cut from a Qing dynasty antique Chinese robe, this rondel was bordered. The silk is slightly faded but in good condition. The satin stitch embroidery is clear and clean with no stains. Rondel is 16 inches diameter

An original Chinese large antique table, beautiful rustic heavy jumu (elm) wood with beautiful raised grain, traces of original dark lacquer finish. All constructed by hand milled from a single tree.

Antique Chinese cabinet, made of heavy pieces of jumu (elm) wood with beautiful and dramatic grain, one shelf on inside, bottom is open for storage, from the Shanxi area, 19th century. Size: 70 3/4" high x 35 1/2" wide (31 1/2" in the middle) x 22 1/2" deep.

A beautiful floral cloisonne trinket box with bright red and yellow flowers against a background of turquoise blue, lovely pattern and perfect for jewelry items. Measures 3.5" long x 3" deep x 2" high. Circa 1900, this box has no condition issues. Excellent!

A Chinese gaming counter, made for the European market in the late 18th century. Mother of pearl, engraved with a star and a flower border to one side, the other with a vase motif. Round, with lobed sides, diameter "1½/ 3,4 cm. Condition: fine.

A Chinese export blue and white plate, Qianlong, c 1750. Decoration of a laid garden table under a willow tree and among peony, all surrounded by butterflies (?) and crickets. Diameter "9/ 23 cm. Condition: rim frits, some wear and a glaze bubble to the well.

A Chinese export Imari dish, Kangxi period, early 18th century. Fluted sides and decoration of peony and chrysanthemum in iron red and gilt over under-glaze blue. Diameter "10/ 25,5 cm. Condition: rim frits, a hairline and a 3 cm restoration to the rim (cf. pictures).

A charming lotus formed Kangxi plate. The center showing a scene with a woman and a child. Around the center there are different reserves with flower sprays. Condition. Good condition.
