A rare and large 'Fahua' ware temple vase with thickly potted, with main decorated of a pair of Phoenix flight among clouds below lotus stiff leaf and Ruyi pattern. Attached two horizontal dragon handle with associated rings. Lower part with waves pattern and precious emblems to foot. Rich composite of yellow, turquoise, white, aubergine on dark blue ground glazed. Condition is perfect without any chips, no crack and free from any restoration. A very rare large white Chinese vase. Very difficult to find an original white vase like this. The production of white glazed wares was not very large, yet their quality was generally rather high.This one has a symbol of a human figure painted inside most likely done by the those who owned the vase.
