Antique Chinese porcelain censer in the form of a lotus pod with wonderfully sculpted, red-accented petals. The lid is gilt and the handles are two lotus buds with curled leaves. Antique chinese silk had mede for a child. The hat is beautifully embroidered with peonies and chrysanthemums. There are tassles, light pink, on either side. The top of the hat has a bird with a tassle in its beak, a smaller bird sits below. Republic period.

The colors of the peacock feathers are beautiful.The light reflected in gold (frame), took away the age. All and all, It has more antique look than shown in the photos.
