A small teapot, in late 18th Century English (Leeds) shape, delicately painted with famille rose enamels. This item was made in China for export, circa 1790-1830 - probably during the reign of the Jiaqing emperor. Condition very good - there is a little wear to the gilding and there are two surface chips to the enamels (please see enlargements 10 and 12) but no other damages, no cracks and no restoration...

This vase is glazed white overall with a subtle fine crackle and has two horizontal luting lines very slightly raised on the body. The base is glazed white and the very white paste of the footring is exposed. The interior is fully glazed white. Two small iron specks are present below the shoulder. Unfortunately, there is a crack on one side that has not been restored, but is restorable...
A very rare big shard sample of five dynasty bowl, this shard is decorated with celadon glaze, there is good sample drawing of dragon. This shards is very good for studying and comparison to any one who interested in studying early Chinese porcelain.

The wood appears to be old jichi wood that is exceptionally well-carved with twisting tree trunks of pine and plum intertwined to form the body, while stylized pine needles and plum blossoms encircle the perimeter. The pine and plum trunks are carved to show their contrasting textures. The piercing and depth of the carving give an energetic quality to the piece. This Egg & Spinach called Susancai glaze first appeared during the Kangxi period, so this piece could be a Kangxi piece, but it also could be later.
