It is 9.2 inches (23.3 cm) tall measured with stand, 7.8 inches (20 cm) tall measured without stand by 5 inches (12.8 cm) wide. It is 2.8 Lb.

It is missing part of the crown, small firing holes, chips at the base, oxidation, and surface wears and scratches (as seen in the photos).

Unmarked bronze seal or scholar's weight? It represents a fantastic animal firmly camped on its legs. The artist has given it an interesting mischievous expression. It is in cast bronze, the finish is of the highest quality as well as the chasing. The perfection of the line of the hairs is the work of an excellent chiseller. The movement of the head which turns to the right makes the body tilt to the left while the tail compensates to the right only an excellent sculptor can make such a realism...

A nice and substantial Late Gothic type of chest key, European, probably German, c. 1550 AD.

The key with enforced bit with slots, decorated hollow stem with fluted collar and an oval bow.

Lovely buddha in an exceptional quality and condition. He is crowned and seated in the deepest of concentration, in the "Samadhi" - meditation mudra.

Made by very skilled artisans with a fantastic expression; highly arched brows, downcast eyes and the distinctive extra line around the mouth. Three stepped throne with sharp lifted corners.

This is a pale celadon and russet jade plaque, dating to the Qing dynasty. The piece is entirely worked by hand, with no indication of modern/machine carving (or re-carving). It measures 2-1/2 inches in length and has been perforated lengthwise to permit it to be strung with a cord and worn. The reverse side has been carved with a series of symbols. An exceptional, large bronze figure of the seated Buddha, Thailand, KAMPHAENG PHET, 15th. Century.

The figure is depicting Buddha in his moment of triumph over Mara, and awakening into an eternally blissful consciousness. It is rendered in the Kamphaeng Phet style, which echoes that of neighboring Sukhothai, but with subtle differences, such as sharper overall facial features and eyebrows that form a continuous line above the bridge of the nose...
