Beautiful Rare and Unusual Tibetan cabinet with wonderful painted front panels of various beasts roaming grassy plains, some with piles of fruit around them, each panel has a red border with green swirl designs. The cabinet's frame is a lovely deep red hardwood, painted with flowers on creeping vines. Original finish and condition.

Chinese blue and white porcelain vase, of a round elongated form with slightly flared neck and foot. The body is slightly ribbed with highly detailed cobalt blue underglaze fu dogs. The foot signed in cartouche flanked by pair of dragons and smoke. Atttributed to Wang Bu Truong.

19th century small Middle Eastern brass vessel with inlaid copper and silver decoration of 4 reserves with different Arabic inscriptions, possibly names of great Imams. Very nicely made, wonderful feel of age. Maximum diameter 2 1/16 inches, height 2 inches.
Antique Japanese kuruma tansu, or wheeled chest, made of solid Keyaki (elm) wood. This chest features a large iron Phoenix lock plate with beautiful flowing tail feathers on the topmost drawer, as well as the bottom wheeled area. Themes of chrysanthemums, peonies, lotuses, and kiri leaves are incised into the decorative iron plating, with side locking box for small valuables.

An Arita dish in Kakiemon style dating to the period 1670-90 decorated in Shikishi Chirashi style with “Shikishi”, shaped poem cards which were used for the composing of both Poems and Small Paintings ,scattered, chirashi, over an asymmetric arrangement of Kara Kusa with Baika, plum flowers. The paintings depicting clouds and a hermit’s refuge. The design is quite austere almost in wabi sabi taste

Unusual small dagger, its handle made of horn and carved in the shape of a forearm and fist. The strangely shaped iron blade bears the craftsman's initials. Indonesia, Borneo Island. Length: 7 3/8" (18,7 cm). The piece is nicely mounted on a custom metal stand. Signs of long use, otherwise good condition.
Antique Chinese square faceted box made of black lacquered wood with inset rattan panels. The top of the box is decorated with a rural scene of court figures in a garden painted in gold lacquer on a black lacquer ground. The box stands on small feet and cut-out details on the bottom portion of the box are lacquered red. A beautiful overall crackle of the lacquer speaks of the box's age.
