Relics of the Nile is thrilled to present this superb large Egyptian falcon-shaped sarcophagus with corn mummy inside. The sarcophagus comes complete with only minor insect holes to the bottom of the piece, which do not detract. The sarcophagus is in absolutely choice condition with clear hieroglyphics to the front of the piece. The glyphs show the name of Osiris "The Manifestation", as well as references to Khnum and Amon "The hidden god" and "He who makes..."...

A Dayak sword - Mandau - with rattan bound deer antler handle in the form of a finely carved zoomorphic (possibly deer's) head. The iron blade is engraved with stylized scrolling vine decoration. This item was made (and used) during either the 19th or very early 20th Century. Condition: very good, but the sword is without its scabbard and the bade has seen much use, having many nicks to the cutting edge; also much of the decorative brass inlay to the blade is missing...

Beautiful Antique Chinese silver box, oval shape with elaborate design on lid of two dragons and swirling clouds, hinged lid, Wang Hing and Co. mark a Hong Kong company from China Trade Era late 19th century-early 20th century. Size: 5 3/4" long x 4" wide x 1 7/8" high.

A green "Celadon" glazed dish or shallow bowl with flat bracketed rim. The centre is decorated with a moulded peony flower; surrounding this the thick green glaze is incised with stylized lotus scrolls. This item was made in the Longquan kilns, Zhejiang province circa 1400-1500 during the first half of the Ming dynasty.
