The carved melon shape agate snuff bottle is 2 ¾ inches tall, 1½ inches wide and a little bit more than 1 inch thick. The color is from beige to burgundy and it is very well hollowed. It depicts a little monkey sitting on a double gourd. The top of the bottle is carved as a small branch with leaves. The workmanship is wonderful, well carved and polished.
