This unsigned Hattie Carnegie "Elephant in the grass" brooch is spectacular. It has lots of attention to detail. This elephant is done with a black resin body, gold tone metal trunk and tusk, sparkling clear rhinestone marquises and crystals, green emerald grass stems. It has an open back which is riveted in places. It is 3" x2" . Like new condition.

Here is a nicely crafted mixed metal pin designed with stylized silver oak leaves, berries and vines applied to a curved copper plaque. The piece, which has some heft, is secured by a safety clasp and a strong pin stem. The metal surfaces bear a warm patina; the pin is marked on the back with an impressed W and Handwrought. An exquisite and very fine 18K yellow gold jewel by Henry Dunay, one of the greatest American jewelers of the latter 20th century. The piece comprises a 32" necklace of domed, oval gold links joined by polished arched connectors. The outer surfaces of the links are stippled in a roughly textured finish that contrast nicely with the arched connectors.
