An Ellis sterling silver butterfly wing tie bar circa 1910 - 1920 in a vintage case. This Edwardian vintage 2-3/4" x 5/8" tiebar has a central butterfly wing decoration under glass. A sterling silver hand wrought necklace with a central fringe of molten, drippy dangles by the mid century modernist studio jeweler, Ruth Berridge, (1921-2004). The necklace measures about 17 1/4" long, and the longest drop is 1 1/2". Marked Berridge in three places on the back of the drops. There are two hooks on the snake chain that hold securely. An interesting pair of sculptural mixed metals pierced earrings by the New York jeweler, Marci Zelmanoff.

These earrings have sterling wire details and sterling shepherd ear wires. Measure 2" long and 5/8" at the widest.

Both earrings are signed Marci Zelmanoff and with some sort of code which looks like 02-Z64. Hard to read.

They are in fine condition. Her pieces are quite rare.

A beautiful late Victorian 18K yellow gold and platinum ring set with a 1/2-carat oval ruby bordered with rose cut diamonds set in platinum. A fine Victorian 14K gold mesh and onyx cameo bracelet. The center cameo depicts a classical youth flanked by four maidens, all in Greek or Roman attire. The cameos are nicely carved with good detail. The clasp is concealed by the male cameo. A heavy gold mesh makes up the remainder of the bracelet. An elegant bracelet composed of open links ornately decorated in a pattern of acanthus leaves alternating with blue sapphire oval cabochons. The sapphires do not show indication of heat treatment. Each link is slightly curved, so the bracelet lies nicely on the wrist. The clasp is masterfully constructed to be invisible once closed. Like most Portuguese gold jewelry of the era, it’s quite heavy for its size. The bracelet is stamped with 19.2K gold marks used in the city of Oporto, 1887-1937.

Ledesma is a noted Maestro in Penny Morrill's books. This is a rarely seen all silver Art Nouveau swirl weighing 61 grams heavy. It is properly hallmarked as shown and in 2 places. The repousse is without dents and is flowing in design. At it's widest it is 7/8th's of an inch and is 16.5in. long. The piece is jaw dropping on and you can turn the swirl inside or outside to wear. One pix shows it with the outside swirl. This one deserves our attention, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

Chanel, elegant as always. The heavy gold plating glistens, and each little pendant on all three pieces has a design created by the repeated use of the word "CHANEL". It creates a very interesting pattern. In addition, the earrings have many tiny clear rhinestones. A great set for Chanel lovers. A 1920-s period 14Kt white gold filigree bar pin centered by an old mine diamond. The pin is 2 13/16” long and ½” wide.

We have a superb Los Castillo 18in. long necklace to offer today. The links are 1 3/8ths tall making for a striking presence. The stones have no cracks or chips and also have no striations that come to the surface of the amethyst. The color is a beautiful mix of milky swirl and jelly purple. Properly hallmarked as shown with the old linear mark for Los Castillo when Margot Van Voorhies was married to Don Antonio Castillo. Definitely a collectors treasure.

Go back in time with this beautiful bracelet. The focal point is an intricately engraved 14 karat Victorian box catch from the end of the 19th century. Two rows of curb chain sandwich a central row of a texturized fancy link chain. These 14 karat chains may be of the same age as the large clasp or may have been added later, in the 1920’s. The catch is engraved with the initials SGR and the whole bracelet measures approximately 7 ½ inches long.
