Elegant 14K yellow gold and pearl brooch in a modern bouquet design. The four pearl "flowers" are set atop golden stems that are tied with a swirling gold ribbon. Each pearl is 5.5 mm and has the wonderful white body color with silvery overtones characteristic if Mikimoto pearls. The nacre is thick and the skins are very smooth. The back is marked with Mikimoto's hallmark and "K14".

Origin: Japan, circa 1970. Condition: excellent, all original. Size: 1-5/8" x 1-1/8". Weight: 6.0 grams.

A vintage kinetic, sculptural lightly hand hammered brass pendant similar to the work of Harry Bertoia.

Features four concentric circles with random openings and a matching hammered brass hook closure. Pendant measures 2 1/2" long and 1 3/4" across. Chain measures 21" long.

In fine condition with a little tarnish. Lots of movement.

A lovely 14K yellow gold 5mm cable twist bracelet with a gem-set station from the “Renaissance” collection by David Yurman. A magnificent pair of signed Mikimoto earrings featuring 13.75 mm mabe pearls in 18K yellow gold twisted knot settings accented with diamonds. The pearls are of the finest quality, estimated at AA. They have cream body color and extraordinary cream body color with rose overtones and superb luster. Beautiful Mikimoto 18K yellow gold and pearl brooch. Opposing swirls of gold surround a cluster of five Mikimoto pearls, ranging from 5 to 6 millimeters. The quality of the pearls is excellent (estimated at AA quality), with very high luster and a bright white body color and rosé overtones. The back is marked with Mikimoto’s hallmark and “750” for 18K gold.

If I saw this piece from far away, I would think it's a poison ring - that's how impressive in size and lift its gallery is. Yet not to worry, there is no hidden compartment here and you won't be tempted to become a modern-day Lucrezia Borgia! Beauty and commanding presence, though, yes! There is a lot of that in the sodalite's dark blue depths with their cloudy grey swirls and that river of black cutting across right through the cab's middle...

A sterling silver modernist brooch by Helen Scheier Adelman, (1909-1999), American Mid Century jeweler. This brooch depicts two antelope in thick polished sterling with a darker bumpy surface enamel background.

Measures 1 3/8" tall and 1 1/8" at the widest. Signed Adelman and Sterling on the back. Nice contrast between the darkened rough and shiny layers. Rollover clasp holds securely. Has some minor surface scratches.

A wonderful and very rare pair of signed Eva Segoura ladybug earrings worked in 18K yellow gold, and set with hematite and rubies. Segoura was a very exclusive Parisian jewelry designer at 20 rue du Faubourg St-Honoré for a short time. Many of her jewels were rather whimsical and featured animals such as ladybugs, caterpillars, mice and blowfish. Segoura made ladybug earrings in several variations using different precious and semi-precious stones...

A vintage modernist sterling silver bracelet by Taxco artisan, Erika Hult de Corral in a zig zag pattern. Marked Ric, Taxco SA, Sterling, Hecho en Mexico, Eagle #3 and 925. Measures 6 7/8" around and 2 1/4" at the highest. Has some very minor surface scratches. Clasp snaps securely. There is a safety hook for extra security. Nice weight, heavy and solid. Great modernist design!

An elegant pair of 18K gold earrings featuring large cultured mabe pearls surrounded by borders of brilliant round cut diamonds (E/F color; VVS2 clarity) and square cut blue sapphires of similar fine quality. The pearls have fine creamy body color with rose overtones and a high luster. Jewels by Spark were retailed by Neiman Marcus and other luxury purveyors. The original posts were removed for wear only with the omega clips, but could easily be replaced...
