A vintage modernist necklace with a textured and polished silver pendant on what looks like the original chain by the master sculptor and artist from Ecuador, Oswaldo Guayasamin. Has 5 dangles suspended from the bottom and a central polished concave disk dangling from the center.
The central pendant measures 1 1/4" across and 2 1/2" long with the large bales and dangles. The chain measures about 25" long and has a secure hook closure...
This Trifari poodle is rhodium plated base metal with rhinestones and enameling.It is circa 1936-1937. Was originally sold at Hammacher Schemmer in New York for $5.00. Designer was Alfred Philippe. It is 1 1/2" square .

An Edwardian 9k pearl and paste stones brooch circa 1900 - 1910. This antique 1" across yellow gold pin has a 5.7 mm genuine pearl in the center. The pearl has a nice cream-color lustre, and the four surrounding stones are synthetic emeralds (or green paste) and the rest are clear paste (or possibly white sapphires - all of these open-back stones are untested)...

I find this technique fascinating - it poses a big challenge to the lapidary's and silversmith's abilities as the onyx slab has to be carved out precisely to the dimensions of the sterling inlay that will be set in it...
This is very pretty pair of 14Kt yellow gold ruby and cultured pearl cluster earrings. Each earring is centered by a 6 millimeter high luster cultured pearl and the pearl is surrounded by 10, 2 millimeter round faceted natural rubies. The 10 millimeter diameter earrings have posts and push backs.
These Coro cockatoos have been hand painted with enamel. At the center of each flower is a faceted, faux diamond.

A 14k gold genuine coral ring circa 1940s 1950. This vintage yellow gold size 5 ring features a claw-set loaf-shaped natural coral stone. I thas an elegant industrial modern lines, and measures 11/16" x 9/16" across the top / upper section. It is stamped JIC and 14K and weighs 4.8 grams. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs, but the coral is just very slightly wiggly...

A 14k white gold size 6-1/4 filigree ring from the Art Deco period complete with the original claw-set Peking glass stone circa 1920s. As jade was extremely expensive at the time, green Peking glass was used even in gold rings. The ring is 3/4" across the stone at its widest, it weighs 4.6 grams and it is stamped 14K with a maker's mark.

A Victorian 10k yellow gold ring featuring genuine blue iolites and natural seed pearls circa 1880s. The iolites are a deep royal blue gem stone in round antique cut. Burmese sapphires were expensive and often difficult to obtain in the late 19thC, so good quality iolites were sometimes used - these stones are original to the ring, not replacements. The flower circle design stayed popular into the Edwardian period, although Edwardian examples were usually simpler with less gem stones...
