For nearly eight decades the Cini signature has meant original handcrafted, heirloom jewelry. News spread quickly that the Florentine artisan had great skill and imagination in creating new jewelry designs. Before long his creations attracted the attention of the most discerning buyers throughout the nation.

The repousse work is outstanding on this design 543 Los Castillo bracelet. It is 2 inches tall with a hook closure. The old linear hallmark and the design itself shows that this was the work of Margot Van Voorhies when married to Antonio Castillo. Together they formed the taller Los Castillo. The links are rounded to fit the arm perfectly and are 6.75 inches long. An outstanding bracelet to add to a collectors wardrobe. It will be noticed by all that gaze upon it.

This is a Pair of Beautifully Designed SWEATER CLIPS by BERNICE GOODSPEED. Designed to hold a Sweater the Chain holds the Clips 5 1/2" apart. Marked on the back: B with STERLING clearly legible. Each measures 7/8" X 1 1/4". Date these circa 1950 and in Excellent Condition.

This Mexican silver necklace weighs 65 grams and is 16in. long with each tulip being 1 1/8th inches tall. It is double signed as shown with TSL. Each tulip has hand made partitions that form the flower. Next the Maestro makes a tiny bead ball and centers it as the stamen to the bottom of the hanging flower. This was an intricate number of steps to build each flower alone and not to mention the swirl of the stem that attaches to the necklace...

Rare and beautiful Intertwined Curving X Cuff in 940 silver by Hector Aguilar. It is featured on page 151 of the catalogue from the William Spratling and the Mexican Silver Renaissance Exhibit "MAESTRO DE PLATA" and also on page 19 of the book SILVER MASTERS OF MEXICO by Penny Morrill. She dates the bracelet c. 1940. Measuring 6" around in the inside with a 1 1/4" opening, it is 1 1/2" wide and weighs 97 grams. Fine original condition. Signed as shown. Early sterling aztec design link bracelet by Los Castillo. This is a heavy and wide piece measuring 7 1/4" end to end, 1 3/8" wide and weighing 128.5 grams. It is in fine original condition with a great pin closure. Signed as shown. A great piece.

A massive silver ring by Antonio Belgiorno, Buenos Aires, c 1940-50. The geometric design and the use of oxidizing is typical of Belgiorno, who is one of Argentina’s most well known artists in silver. A solid piece of jewelry that really makes a statement. Marked A Belgiorno, Industria Argentina T27 and 900. Open and adjustable, the inner diameter at present 18 mm which corresponds to size 6 ½. Condition: fine.

Vintage Mexican Silver has always been impressive when hallmarked with DORIS SILVER. This floral design has heft at 80 grams and a wearable length of 17 inches. There is a stunning presence with a drop of 1.5in. tall and 4 inches across. This taller purchased only the best from many talented individuals and Doris had a work room in the back of her store where the gentlemen could make pieces for her. This is a pre-1948 Rafael Melendez bracelet that is so deeply chased and designed so beautifully. It is 1 inch wide and can fit a large range of sizes. The weight is 43 grams of thick silver. It has a turquoise stone that is gorgeous and has changed into over time a warmer tone of blue green. This piece is collector quality and a real treasure.

This Los Castillo is an early design 592 and crafted when Margot Van Voorhies was married to Antonio Castillo. This is not for the faint of heart with a .5in. depth, 21 inches long and 1.25in. tall. Showing further quality is the weight of 183 grams. It displays a naturally darkened patina. I have showed a picture of the well working clasp as it is old in style and almost invisible. Love this on, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

This is fantastic piece of 40s figural jewelry. Each of the five links is set with hand painted figural Asia Princess face masks and accented with small faux pearls and a gold headband with tassel drops. Each face has red lips and white eyebrows and eye slits.

This bracelet is 7 3/8" long by 1 3/4" wide set in chunky silver tone. It is possible that this might also be Selro / Selini, too.

A classic 14Kt gold bow pin from the 1940-s is centered by a 5 millimeter bezel set round opal. The inscription in the back shows that this bow was given to someone special in 1944. The length of the pin is 1 7/8” and the width at the widest part is ½”.

This native American Indian chief enameled brooch from the 1940s is well crafted. It has lots of details. It has crystal accents on his headdress, war paint on his face, on a grassy base. It is not hallmarked. It is 2 1/4" x 1 3/4".

Lushly designed floral sterling and amethyst pin sold by Sanborn's and possibly made by Fred Davis who managed and designed for the store from 1947 through the early 50's, Mexico, c.1950. Pin is signed "bellmark 22", which was Sanborn's number. It measures 2 1/8" long by 1" wide. Excellent condition except that pin was probably changed with lead solder. Beautiful design that is reminiscent of Davis's work......$12 for insured USA shipping plus applicable NY sales tax.
