This very Victorian grooming chatelaine is from the 1800s. It has a Chinese fish motif at the top, and dangling from that are 3 implements: a tweezers, one for cleaning nails, and an ear-cleaning device. (We saw a similar chatelaine on eBay, and the ear-cleaning implement was advertised as a device for opium users, but we don’t think so! However, as non-opium users, we could be wrong ….) It is unmarked but tests positive for silver, and with a patina consistent with age...

A very high quality and well made sterling cuff bracelet with a great Modernist design. It is signed H. Pozzo 925 in the inside and Made in France with two French hallmarks on the outer rim of one terminal. The bracelet measures 5 1/2" around in the inside with an additional 1 1/2" opening. It weighs 67 grams and is in fine original condition. I have not been able to find any information on this designer but I love this piece.

Unusual and elegant vintage thin sterling cuff with bone shaped segments by the Mexican silver workshop Los Ballesteros. This bracelet measures 5 1/2" around in the inside plus an additional 1 1/4" opening. It is about 1/8" wide and weighs 26 grams. It is in fine original condition and signed as shown. Looks great alone or can easily blend and be stacked with other Mexican, Native American, Scandinavian or Modernist pieces.

Art Nouveau is written all over this wonderful 14Kt yellow gold stickpin. The flowing line design is centered by a 7 X 5 millimeter oval faceted bezel set amethyst and the bottom of the design enhanced by a 3 millimeter natural pear. While the stickpin is 14Kt gold, the safety clutch as usual is gold field.

Fabulous very heavy and substantial early Anne Klein couture 1970s x stranded necklace with chain strung black glass slightly squared beads and round goldtone metal beads, with hook clasp with matching black glass stone in goldtone frame. Top couture quality. Marked ANNE KLEIN and with the Anne Klein lion logo on the attached metal tag. 18 1/2 inches wearable length, although it will fit closely because it is so thick, and about 2 inches wide. A stunning mid-19th century brooch featuring a pansy, the lower petals set with rose cut diamonds and the upper petals with buff-cut amethysts of a deep violet hue. The colorful flower is simply presented against a plain gold background. In Victorian flower language, the pansy represented the sentiment "Think of me" and jewels with pansies were often given as love tokens or going away gifts. The brooch could easily be converted to a pendant with the addition of a bail at the back...

A late Victorian/Edwardian opalescent and black glass necklace c1900. This 17" strung necklace consists of oval opalescent glass beads with orange fire strung with round black glass beads and clear glass spacer beads. The black beads have an unusual metallic finish, and all beads are hand blown. It has been restrung (some time ago) and it has a silver plated springring catch (minor losses to plating)...

A beautiful vintage Navajo sterling bracelet with a diagonal line of precise stamping in the style of Navajo Joe H. Quintana. It is possibly by him but it is unmarked. Measuring 6" around in the inside with an additional 1 1/4" opening, it is 1 3/4" wide and weighs a solid 67 grams. Fine original condition. Scrupulous execution.

This late 19th-century gunmetal chain has both length and strength, with a bold, stunning look. It features a secure spring-ring clasp and a glossy, blue-black finish, produced by electroplating a coating of iron over a white metal. The links are securely soldered, save for the end link, which may have had a jump ring. Unclasped, the chain measures 51 inches long.

Bold, large, modernist 14k ring with rose quartz stone, Denmark, c.1960's. Great architectural Scandinavian design using a rough-cut stone bezel set in smooth shiny gold makes for this great ring. It measures 1 7/16" from bottom to top and is size 7. The front measures 1" and sits 3/4" above the finger and the band is an integral part of the design of the ring. Rhodium plate metal pin clip , engraved crystal and chalcedony, rhinestones and baguettes, of a wheelbarrow full of flowers. The wheelbarrow is covered in pave rhinestones and features clear baguettes on the handle and a small blue cabochon for the wheel hub. The flowers are made of white and blue engraved glass paste. A 10k yellow gold purple synthetic spinel cocktail ring from around 1960. This attractive and large size 5-3/4 ring features a claw-set synthetic marquise cut synthetic spinel with a deep and attractive amethyst purple with underlying hints of blue. It measures 7/8 x 5/8" across the setting, it weighs 6.8 grams and it is stamped 10K with an s in G maker's mark. This ring is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

A very fine 19th century French 18K gold locket, the cover in a very three-dimensional design of overlapping geometric shaped enhanced with calibre-cut Persian turquoise, seed pearls and rose cut diamonds.
