An exceptionally fine Victorian 18K yellow gold and turquoise locket in the Etruscan Revival taste. The outside of the sphere is encrusted with ornate wirework decoration against a stippled background. Small Persian turquoise cabochons, some set in star-shaped mountings, add a touch of color. The clasp is cleverly hidden to be nearly invisible when the ball is closed. Indistinctly marked; tested and guaranteed 18K.

Set with a polished black and white stone, this mid-century tie bar is sturdily made and works nicely as a money clip. The stone is secured by zig-zagged wires. The bar is marked sterling, and measures 1 ¼ inches long, including the stone; the bar is 3/16 inch wide. Gross weight: 4.2 grams
We have an early cuff and earring set that is marked with only Mexico Sterling. The filigree is thick and heavy. The frame going around is firm. The curls are precise and great care was made for the prongs that hold the stone to have the feel for the rest of the design with filigree loops. Leaves with a pretty patina adorn the back of each side. Please ask and I can send pictures of the markings. The gap is 1in. and the height is a huge 2.5in. tall.
