This ring made by Erik Granit & Co of Finland has a sleek and modest design. The garnet is sawtooth-set. The shank is marked "E. GRANIT & Co DESIGN JEWELLRY." The other side is signed "EG" (stylized maker's mark), "925H," boat (for Helsinki), "R7" (for 1970) and "925 STERLING FINLAND." It is a size 6 and is in excellent condition.

A sterling silver modernist bracelet with nine disks and offset orbs by Danish silversmith, Niels Erik (NE) From. This example is not signed. However it is the same design and measures exactly the same as a signed example. Not sure how that occurred. Priced accordingly.

A very fine Chinese Gilt hairpin from late Qing, very intricate and fine work with flora and bird, underlying material is silver then gilding done in those era.

This is a properly signed Antonio Pineda with an inside diameter of 2.5in. and a face front height of 15/16 of an inch. The past was filled with owners who took great care with it as there is no damage, chips or cracks but you may see glare from our photography creating spots or color difference etc. The stones appear to be onyx but could be a no sheen obsidian. The silver is thick and heavy at 74 grams...

1980s 14K yellow gold link bracelet, large spring ring clasp, each link engraved with a Greek key pattern. Length is 8.25 inches, width is 3/8 inches. Weight is 33.2 grams.

This Los Castillo bracelet is a truly stunning piece, with a wonderful deco design. There are six gently curved panels connected with oxidized bulls-eye spirals, from which two pendants dangle in front. This is Los Castillo's design # 788, and it is collector quality. Complete with safety chain. Measures a closed, wearable length of 6 1/4". Width in front with the dangles is 1 1/2". Weight is 42.3 grams. Signed and hallmarked "Los Castillo Taxco", 788, with a very worn eagle assay.

A 14k gold genuine coral ring circa 1940s 1950. This vintage yellow gold size 5 ring features a claw-set loaf-shaped natural coral stone. I thas an elegant industrial modern lines, and measures 11/16" x 9/16" across the top / upper section. It is stamped JIC and 14K and weighs 4.8 grams. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs, but the coral is just very slightly wiggly...

The screw backs of this elegant pair are made in 14K gold, each marked “14KT.” The natural jadeite looks un-treated and finely crafted in the leaf shape. The mountings attached to the jadeite are not gold. Size: 5.7 cm long, 1.2 cm wide. Condition: Very good vintage condition.

Reddish brown jasper with light, almost invisible striations attracts the eye in this absolutely minimalist necklace and earrings set bearing the signature of Felipe Martinez and his Piedra y Plata workshop. Martinez was one of Taxco’s best lapidaries and the tight settings, the seamless transitions from sterling to stone in the demi at hand more than attest to the level of his craftsmanship...

A lovely, colorful Art Nouveau 14K gold, seed pearl and enamel pin in the form of a violet by the Newark firm Crane & Theurer. The flower petals are enameled in cream darking gradually through lilac to deep violet along the edges. Each of the petals is finished with an arc of tiny seed pearls echoing the larger pearl set at the flower's center. The reverse is stamped with the maker's hallmark and "14K."

Maestro Damaso Gallegos was for years associated in my mind with the Mexican Deco "Christmas jewelry” tradition. His “holly and bells” as well as “bow and bells” designs are a classic way to celebrate the coming of the holiday season yet in the last couple of years I keep stumbling upon totally unexpected pieces by him. The massive, early Taxco combination pin / pendant with the carved stone “mask” at hand is crafted in high purity, .980 silver with overlay, beading and oxidation...

This mid-century bracelet is the work of Salvador Teran. It's a gorgeous modernist bracelet with two gold sheen obsidian stones set within eight point stars. Measures a closed, wearable length of 6 1/2" with a width of 1 1/2". Weight is 48.5 grams. Signed and hallmarked "Salvador Sterling Mexico", with the design # 156 and eagle assay 36. Collector quality. Closure is tight and secure, and original safety chain is present.

Egyptian Paste glass head of ancient Pharaoh head, wearing a crown with the Uraeus cobra , the molded head is done in purplish cobalt blue and sea foam blue green with tiny flecks of copper in the glass , with mold seams showing at the sides. I have listed many pictures of this since I use a point and shoot camera and this is as detailed as I can get .The loop is not gold but some kind of base metal , the face is pretty well detailed and has no damage .Size H 1.5" w 1" d 3/4"

Silver gilt filigree and enamel brooch by Topazio, depicting a lovely Portuguese lady with a basket of grapes. Figures in elegantly traditional dress are found in many of Topazio’s pieces from the 1920’s and 30’s. The chains fixed to the pin makes the brooch move, and so draws attention to its wearer.
