A very good, large 18K yellow gold Sputnik ring by H Stern. The dome is studded with a variety of bezel-set tourmalines, amethysts, citrines, aquamarines and garnets. Stern popularized the style in the 1950’s to show off the variety of gemstones mined in the company’s native Brazil. Due to its spiky appearance, the design eventually became known as “Sputnik”. This bracelet exhibits a classic Scandinavian style extremely popular during the 1950s and 1960s. The dramatic enameling is in vivid colors, featuring panels of Nordic scenes alternating with blue and white cloisonne panels. This deeply carved vintage bakelite bar pin is 2 1/2" long 1" wide by 7/16" thick. It is in excellent condition.

These Coro cockatoos have been hand painted with enamel. At the center of each flower is a faceted, faux diamond.

As you can see by the patent below, this duette was designed by Gene Verrechio and patented in 1941. Pat # for the duette is Des. 126,490 and for the clip #1798867.

A bold bow pin enhanced with white chalcedony at the knot and in teardrops at the ribbon ends, with an unidentified maker’s mark of S within a C. The stones are securely mounted, exhibiting some wear -- tiny scratches and minor loss to the polished surface -- but no cracks or chips. The pin surface has a warm patina from age, with minor surface scratches. The clasp is very secure; the pin stem is slightly bent but in good working order...

A lovely Art Nouveau 14K yellow gold pendant enhanced with translucent enamels in varying shades of green and a touch of rose. The whiplash curve outlines are studded with seed pearls and the whole suspends a baroque freshwater pearl. The pendant is attached to a fine Etruscan Revival 12K gold chain, the box clasp enhanced with ropetwist and beaded decoration. Both parts tested and guaranteed gold as described.
