This dramatic handmade sterling silver ring is entirely hollow-cast, for comfortable wear. It is entirely one piece, and displays a patina that indicates it is probably 20 to 30 years old. It is marked 925 underneath, with an unidentified maker’s mark that looks like an M. The slightly concave top measures 1 5/8 inches long by 1 ¼ inches wide by 3/16 inch or so deep. Gorgeous deep red Mediterranean coral tear drop stones and center pearl in this sterling ring by Arizona Modernist H. Fred Skaggs. It is a size 6 and sits about 3/4" high from the finger when on. In my experience, the ones with turquoise tend to be the most sought after but amethyst is also popular and I have had examples with black onyx and even colored glass before. A classic vintage Mikimoto 14K yellow gold pin featuring ten cultured Akoya pearls, ranging in size from 6.25 to 7.58 millimeters.
