Vintage 1950's sterling silver & onyx necklace designed & signed by Taxco, Mexico modernist Antonio Pineda. Interior wearable length is 16 inches. Both stones & silver are in beautiful condition. Clasp is tight & secure. Fully hallmarked on reverse. Truly a museum quality wearable work of art, this design was included in the recent museum exhibit SILVER SEDUCTION: THE ART OF MODERNIST ANTONIO PINEDA and is pictured on p. 133 in the book of the same name by Gobi Stromberg.

This wonderful 14Ky yellow gold and opal bracelet has the signs and design of an old-world craftsmen’s touch. The richly decorated open link bracelet is farther enhanced by three fiery 9 X 7 millimeter oval cabochon bezel set opals. The 7 ¼” long and 10 millimeter wide bracelet has a very unique decorative clasp.

The overall length of this necklace is 12". The chain however, is only 19" in length. The rhinestones are clear Swarovski crystals and brilliant. The necklace is gold filled.

Necklace is 17" end to end, double pendant is 6 1/2" long, 3" wide. Oval bracelet is approximately 6 1/2" around inner circumference and the front of the bracelet is 3" top to bottom. Pendant is stamped Napier.

A Victorian 10k rhodolite garnet rose gold ring from the 1890 era. This fine size 6 late Victorian ring has a lovely Rhodolite garnet claw-set stone. This ring measures 5/16" across the stone, it is in 10k rose gold and it is stamped 10K with a maker's mark. It weighs 1.6 grams, and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

A lovely late Victorian 2" x 1-1/2" brooch in 10k yellow gold c1880. This pin features a 5/8" x 1/2" hand cut facetted stone (a white sapphire or possibly a spinel); it is unsigned and it has the original c-clasp. It has a loop for pendant wear, and it weighs 6.4 grams; it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

This is a Rafael Dominguez turquoise bracelet made before 1948 and properly hallmarked as shown. The weight is 58 grams heavy and is 1.25in. wide. It is 7in. long. The silver is thick and Dominguez is know for his high quality workmanship. Dominguez is a noted maestro in Penny Morril's books. When you own a Dominguez piece you know you bought the best! The stones are beautiful and have no chips or cracks. The piece looks fantastic with the turquoise drippy necklace also listed on my site.

This Victorian sterling silver hinged bangle bracelet has hallmarks for Birmingham, 1884, and the unidentified maker’s mark of RJD. It is richly decorated with an applied embossed band of tiny starbursts within ovals, rimmed with delicate openwork. There is some roughness at the clasp, but it is secure and the pieces of the bracelet fit together nicely with a strong click...

A superb sterling silver repousse locket and engraved chain dated 1884. A fine example of sumptious Victorian sterling silver craftsmanship! This 2-1/4 x 1-5/8" sterling silver photo locket has a complex design and inset rose and green gold highlights on the central flower. It has a full set of Birmingham, England silver hallmarks on the undecorated side corresponding to the year 1884, and it has an I.H maker's mark...

A large 1" in diameter porcelain cabochon. Abstract patterns in brown and gray, and gold overlay is the focus of this interesting Norwegian ring. Cabochon is bezel set in sleek sterling mount that has an adjustable back- which is currently a size 6.5. It is marked "925S, Norway, Sterling," and with an anchor shaped hallmark. By Porsgrund, circa 970s. The designer attributed to this piece is Anne Marie Odegaard. In excellent vintage condition.

A wonderful pair of Art Deco 18K yellow gold cufflinks by Ravinet d Enfert, probably retailed by Hermès. Each of the faces is crafted as a different suite in a deck of cards and is finished with red or black opaque enamel. The faces are connected with chains. Each cufflink is marked for 18K and with the maker’s mark for Ravinet d’Enfert...

Maestro Damaso Gallegos was for years associated in my mind with the Mexican Deco "Christmas jewelry” tradition. His “holly and bells” as well as “bow and bells” designs are a classic way to celebrate the coming of the holiday season yet in the last couple of years I keep stumbling upon totally unexpected pieces by him. The massive, early Taxco combination pin / pendant with the carved stone “mask” at hand is crafted in high purity, .980 silver with overlay, beading and oxidation...

A vintage pair of 18K yellow gold and diamond ear clips in the "Tiffany Signature Series" created by Tiffany & Co. in 1992. The classic design is the in the form of reeded bands studded with round brilliant cut diamonds creating a sort of basket weave pattern. The diamonds are F/VVS1. The earrings were made without posts, but the clip is open, so posts could easily be added for extra security. The backs are marked "1992 Tiffany & Co. 750"...

A vintage pair of mid century modernist clip earrings in sterling silver and ironwood by the noted Navajo silversmith, Kenneth Begay who was part of the White Hogan. Four sided with curved edges and ironwood inlay.

They each measure 1 3/8" long and 1" at the widest.

Marked with the impressed KB, White Hogan and Sterling on the back of each earring. Also marked Sterling on the clips.

They are in fine condition with some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish...
