Hand crafted, precisely stamped and chiseled heavy gauge sterling silver bracelet by Navajo Thomas Curtis who created for over 50 years, passing away in 2013. A museum quality oval pendant signed Benevidez (Johnny) and Tim Yazzie Sterling. Possibly a piece by both men who are Santo Domingo/Navajo artists. The Tim Yazzie mark is not typical however if one searches the web, one can find similar pieces created by both men. Silver overlay designs highlight the intricately cut lapis,onyx and turquoise stones. A solid pendant, it measures 3-1/4 x 1-1/2" and weighs a hefty 49gr. The sterling collar has a hook clasp and is marked TS 91 Taxco 925.

Navajo silversmith Kenneth Begay (1913-1977) was an early innovator and leader in Navajo modern jewelry design. He is known for his clean, bold, modern designs while still influenced by his traditional background. This pair of sterling cuff bracelets are a perfect example. One of the bracelets measures 5 1/8" around in the inside with a 1 1/2" opening and the other measures 5" around in the inside with a 1 1/2" opening. They are both 1/4" wide and weigh 78 grams total...

Sterling doll cat motif. Well made with nice heft figural cat pin pendant sterling brass mixed metals stamped: TV-08 or TV-88 Mexico 925. The "T" barely visible in this viewer's opinion. The bail accommodates an omega/chain of 3.5-4mm wide.
The native peoples were known to make animal motif dolls for their children to play.

Just under 2 1/4" X 1", weighs 13 Grams and is in very fine preowned vintage condition...

An elegant pair of black cultured pearl and diamond earrings is set in 14Kt yellow gold. Each earring is centered by a high luster 6.5 millimeter black cultured pearl, and below the pearl three single cut diamonds are set in a triangle shaped setting. The approximate total weight of all diamonds is 0.10Ct. The earrings have posts with push backs.

Offered here as a pair, these beautiful vintage heishi necklaces are made up of slender shell disks, turquoise, silver and glass beads and what I think are most probably shark teeth. They have been with me for a long, long time and I always thought I would combine them into one longer piece yet never gotten around to it. So it's time for them to go to a new, loving home where they will be worn and enjoyed once again...

A stunning pair of 14Kt white gold, diamond and pink tourmaline earrings centered by a pair of cushion cut double faceted 10 X 8 millimeter tourmalines. The center stones are surrounded by full cut diamonds. The settings are further enhanced by two rows of full cut diamonds on the side and on the stem of the omega backs. The total diamond count is 178 diamonds with the total weight of 1.18Ct. The earrings have a combination of post and omega back closure that makes it very safe.

Quite impressive in size and richly decorated with stampwork this vintage sterling silver and turquoise brooch is signed by Navajo silversmith Willie Shaw. I was always attracted to the magical blues and greens of turquoise and I find the so-called "spiderweb" stones irresistible. This particular one, with its big area of all-black, makes the juxtaposition of the two colors even more dramatic. The brooch measures 3 1/2" long and its width varies between 1 1/4" and 5/8"...

Vintage sterling Modernist pin from Hans Hansen, Denmark. Very minimalist in design but the result is bold and sculptural. Measuring 2 5/8" by 1 3/4", it is in fine original condition and signed as shown. A wonderful jacket or coat pin.

An 18Kt white gold channel set diamond baguette eternity band. The approximate total weight of all diamonds is 1.0 Ct. The band is a size 7 ½ and it can NOT be sized.

This lovely ring is adjustable in size. Its classic Taxco Mexico design is topped off with an onyx bezel-set stone in the center. It is marked TAXCO MEXICO 925 in a circle with the artist's initials in the middle APF. The other mark is the "spread eagle" assay with the number 3 in the middle. This great ring is excellent condition.
