This Extraordinary 1950's sterling silver & amethyst necklace was designed & signed by renowned Taxco, Mexico modernist Antonio Pineda (1919-2009). The necklace measures 16 wearable inches long with a center drop of 2 inches. Each of the ancient amethyst stones are bezel set in a thick silver looped frame. The large tear drops range from pale to deep purple. In gorgeous vintage condition. Fully hallmarked on the tight & secure clasp.

Beautiful antique French circa 1900 to 1920 long necklace or guard / muff chain in sterling silver with unusually large rock crystal stones, collet set, with a spring ring clasp attached to allow items to be hung from the chain. With the French boar’s head mark for sterling silver on the loop of the clasp. The connecting jump rings are all soldered. Inclusions can be seen in many of the crystals. A modernist pendant in 830 silver designed by Jorma Laine for Kultateollisuus, Ky of Turku Finland.

This large reticulated pendant measures 3 1/8" long and 2" wide. It is hinged at the top for lots of movement. Has a large bail so could be worn on a thick chain or neck ring.

Currently suspended from a sterling snake chain that measures 20" long and has a secure spring clasp.

This sturdy cuff bracelet features a ribbed design that runs horizontally along the entire piece. It has kept its shape and has a soft, warm patina from age. A few very minor scratches, hardly noticeable without magnification. The inside is marked sterling; there is no maker’s mark. While it has a Mexican feel, it is probably American-made. The cuff has a graduated width, measuring 1 3/8 inches at its widest area; the inside circumference measures 6 5/6 inches. Weight: 38.9 grams

Very delicate 10K yellow gold pin set with a collet-set square-cut synthetic ruby. The linear design and the geometric shape of the stone show the beginnings of Art Deco influence. Similarly, the use of a synthetic stone is common in jewelry of the period. Even makers such as Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpel used synthetics. Marked "10K".

An early cross pendant in Sterling Silver with Coral, Amethyst and Turquoise by Matilde Poulat. Cross measures 1 3/4" wide and 1 7/8" tall. Marked MATL in script, Mexico, 925 and Pate 10670. Amethyst stone is faceted. Suspended on a 26" long Taxco hand wrought sterling chain marked with an Eagle #3, and the initials PCM. Fine condition, the colors of the stones are vibrant. Classic MATL design.

Five large cabochons with pink banding are set in sterling silver frames that are deeply oxidized and embossed with a ridged design. They are linked by oblong rings that are similarly decorated. The highly polished stones are securely prong set and show no scratches or other signs of wear; they may be rhodochrosites, which were popular in the 1950s. A 14k yellow gold diamonds and blue sapphire row ring with diamonds cluster from the 1950s-1960s. This size 6-3/4 ring features a central row of gemstones which is surrounded by 16 clustered diamonds. The central diamonds are approximately 8 points by gauge and the central deep blue sapphire is around 10 points. The surrounding diamonds in the 9/16 x 5/16" setting are around 2 points each...

A well crafted, hand wrought lightly hammered sterling necklace with what we think is a carnelian cabochon on a dangling pendant. It is signed on the back with a stylized 'T' and sterling.

Measures about 15 1/2" around. Pendant measures 1 1/2" long and 5/8" at the widest.

The hand made hook clasp holds securely. The pendant is connected to the chain with a curved bar ending with two orbs.
