An original Retro period, amethyst and diamond ring is set in 14Kt yellow gold. The 18 X 10 millimeter oval cabochon amethyst is prong set and is further enhanced by 3 single-cut diamonds set on top of the solid shank that spits into three on one side of the ring. The shank of the ring is 5 millimeter on the solid side, 3 millimeter on the bottom and 9 millimeter on the split side. The ring is a size 6 ¼ and can be sized.

A lovely late Victorian brooch featuring an oval-cut amethyst flanked by a pair of 7mm half-pearls surrounded by rose-cut and old-mine cut diamonds. The amethyst has nice coloring and clarity that contrasts nicely with the creamy color and soft luster of the pearls. The tiny diamonds add just a hint of sparkle. This sweet little lavalier is centered by a blue sapphire cabochon within an Art Nouveau framework of 14kt yellow gold. Above is a pearl.
