Anyone looking for an antique diamond engagement ring, this is the ring you should look at. Dating back to the 1920-s is this beautifully created openwork 18Kt white gold six-prong basket setting that holds a 1.09 Ct old-mine diamond. The diamond is not certified, but our in-house gemologist graded it to be L color and VS2 clarity. This stone has a lot of sparkle, and the setting enhances that look. The ring is a size 6 and can easily be sized.

The vining floral from the vessel has great depth with 940 silver and dark natural patina from time. The weight is 66 grams heavy with a drop of 3.5in. tall and 4in. span across. This two tone 14Kt gold graduated equestrian bracelet is an original period piece dating back to the 1960-s. The connecting links are 14Kt white gold while the rest of the bracelet is 14Kt yellow gold. The center is a 3 dimensional horse in a horseshoe, flanked on either side by bits intertwined with a horseshoe, followed by a horse head in a stirrup and before the clasp there is a stirrup strap with a buckle. The 6 6/8” bracelet is 1” wide at the center and tapers to 3/16” at the ends.

A very attractive pair of double-sided 14K yellow gold Victorian cufflinks, the faces set with oval garnet cabochons. Cufflinks of the kind are usually made with a simple bezel setting, but this pair has a double border of gold around the garnets, giving them a more substantial look. A pair of fine shakudo ornaments originally mounted in Victorian times as a pair of cuff buttons, and then re-imagined by our jeweler as an elegant split-chain pendant necklace. The two plaques feature a court lady and gentleman in Meiji-period costume. After the collapse of the feudal Samurai system in Imperial Japan, Europeans collected old sword and armor fittings such as these to set as jewelry. The mountings and chain are 14K.
