Set of 6 800 silver art nouveau figural small teaspoons, Germany, c.1900. Each shows a lovely woman's head with flowing hair in an art nouveau floral setting. An antique Japanese Ikebana basket in a cylindrical form woven in a herringbone pattern. 6 vertical bamboo supports with flared feet connected with a lucky turtle weave at the base and a woven coin half the way up the side. The turtle would represent longevity and the coins would symbolize prosperity. With a star crossed base and two ring handles.

From our Southeast Asia Collection, a small but fine Burmese ink on palm leaf sutra with thayo embossed wood covers, depicting Buddha under the Bodhi Tree of Enlightenment flanked by two adorants in the center medallion, then encircled by disciples and zoomorphic entities in the surrounding images. Very fine 1920's deep yellow guilloche enamel sterling silver 8 day clock. This lovely clock measures 4 3/4" high and is 3 1/2" at its widest point. Small blue, white, and green enamel flowers accent each corner. The clock face is a wheat color with gilded numbers, a gold color rim, and blue hands. A convex glass covers the face of the clock. A Set of Four Gorham Sterling Silver Candlesticks in an Art Deco pattern. Two have the date mark for 1929 and two for 1930, all with removeable bobeches. Dimensions; 6" high x 3.75 at base. Marked Gorham Sterling and A13729 (design number)and Cement Loaded (weighted). There is a monogram, "LMC". Weight 14.5 ounces per stick, 58 ounces total. Excellent condition.

Fostoria made these lustres from 1930-40. A simple 4.5" base rising to an 8.5" stick with attached bobeche cascading with hanging crystals. This pair are in excellent condition, the tips of the crystals are best described as weathered, not sharp but obviously dulled by time. The sticks are yellow with permanently attached bobeche. Pattern #2436 is are considered RARE.

A Rosenthal (Selb Bavaria) Inkstand; White with Gilt and Burnt Orange Florals. Dimensions 12" wide x 7" deep x 2.25" high. Marked December 2, 1931, possibly as a gift date, with the inkstand slightly earlier. Monogrammed. Very modest wear under the bottom of base; Excellent condition overall.

Semi antique blanket or sarong from the Stieng/Xtiêng ethnic group Vietnam. Over 60 years. Woven from all handspun cotton threads and is unusually large for a single panel. There is one ink stain and a small hole (see cover image- there is a stain on the right and further down and small hole). W: 100cm/39.8in and L: 185cm72in.

The Chinese name for this bodhisattva, sitting on a lotus flower which is draped on the back of a lion, is Wenshu (Manjusri). Wenshu was a disciple of the Buddha. Together with the Buddha and fellow disciple Samantabhadra (Chinese name is Puxian who rides on a white elephant) they form the Shakyamuni trinity. Wenshu is associated with wisdom, keen awareness and bravery. This carved ivory Wenshu is 10” high (with base is 11 ½” high), 4 ¾” wide and 1 ¾” thick...
