Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the 1172 fan vase - part of the Spanish Knobs variation. The vase is approximately 6 inches high and is done in a very interesting color treatment with a pink ceramic wash fired on over white glass. Excellent condition...

A nice bronze trumpet vase by Carl Sorensen. The surface is patinated in a mottled green, and the lower part of the vase is enhanced with parallel bands of various widths. A matching band appears around the outer top rim. Sorensen made a variety of decorative metalwares, but little is known about him. He worked in Pennsylvania, and his pieces were possibly sold by Roycroft and Tiffany. The base is signed “Carl Sorensen” and also has his hallmark.

Fenton first created Plum Opalescent from 1959 to 1961 (three years) and produced only a total of 19 items. This hard to find tall (7.5") Jacqueline vase is in mint condition. Originally the pattern was called Avocado, but after the assassination of President Kennedy, it was renamed "Jacqueline" after Jackie Kennedy.

Early Showa period Japanese black silk woman's formal kimono with long sleeves decorated on the bottom of the front, back, and interior with a continuous ukiyo-e scene featuring commoners engaged in various activities in a village. Five family mon (crests) are at the shoulder area. The lining is red. Circa 1930s. Measures 48 1/2" sleeve tip to sleeve tip and about 49 1/2" long. Very good overall condition. The Japanese hakama is pleated skirt-like pants that is worn over a full length kimono. Hakama pants originated as an outer garment to protect a samurai warrior’s legs from brush when riding a horse. Chinese tomb offering Miniature Terracotta Food Offering Model of green glazed stacked food on a bowl. Size H 1.5" W just over 2"

This porcelain box was produced in Hungary by Herend between 1905 and 1938. It measures 4 inches long, 3 1/4 inches wide and 2 inches deep. The box is decorated with bright hand painted fruits and flowers. There are tiny flower buds, nuts and bugs dotting the corners. The box has four little feet. It is trimmed with gold on the rims. Condition: Excellent

Rare Bavarian plate with elves by Heinrich & Co. Artist signed, the painting is of two small elves; one of which is using a leaf as a shield while fighting off a bee. It is titled "An Unpleasant Interruption". Gold rim. Excellent condition, measures 9 diameter.

Unusual small 7 ½ inch diameter Paipoint cut glass plate with sterling silver reticulated rim. The plate is cut with Pairpoint’s pattern No 0137. as shown in “The Pairpoint Glass Knowledge Center” website. The silver rim is marked “Sterling, 5591" along with the maker’s mark of the silversmith. The plate is quite heavy for its’ size. In excellent condition.

Antique British Colonial Betel nut Brass Box with compartment, beautifully made with a piano hinge.Lockable but no key and the lock seems like it would work. Size just under 7" by 4.5" by 3"

Antique Chinese Scholars bronze Recumbent Ram Scroll weight with legs tucked under and head turned back the ram has fruit offerings on his back topped with a Ying Yang symbol. The ram shows his age with heavy wear to one eye. Free standing and heavy for the size. Size 2" by 1.5" by .5".

Soft wood (probably pine) carved shore bird decoy, likely 19th century, with authentic wear including missing paint, pellet holes, and broken off beak. The work measures approximately 9 1/2" by 6" extreme dimensions, not including the wood base. The eyes appear to be metallic tacks. I am not a decoy specialist but wonder if this might be by any recognized carver. In any event, the piece is a great example of folk art Americana.

A lovely powder flask out of an old collection, made in wood in the shape of a Pilgrim flask with a chiselled star in the front, reverse with a faint leaf pattern. North Africa, 19th. century.

Duncan & Miller Sandwich 12" Basket Vase. The Sandwich pattern was made from 1924 to 1955.

This pair of porcelain sea lions was produced in Germany by Rosenthal in the 1950s. They measure about 5 inches long, 4 inches wide and 3 1/2 inches tall. They are signed by the artist K. Himmelstoss, a fine modeler who worked at Rosenthal. These adorable little guys look like they are kissing. They are well modeled and hand painted. Artisans at Rosenthal created animal figures with character and personality as you can see. Condition: Excellent first quality.

Six(6) English Copeland Spode Stoneware Demitasse Cups and Saucers, Pheasant design in solid green color wide band, 2 1/4" high, 2 1/4" diameter-top rim, with Butterflies and Dragon Flies decorated inside the cup, and low relief floral Branch design in solid green color outside the cup, saucer is decorated with wide green band with Pheasant. Marked "Copeland, Spode" in brown, and impressed mark with hand written number in red on the bottom. The condition is good, no damages.

Dancing Nymph is the correct name for this Consolidated pattern - it's sometimes called "Dance of the Nudes" due to listings in depression glass books under that name. Made in 1928, it's a wonderful pattern for the deco collector as well as glass lovers. This is the 3 1/2 inch tumbler in frosted crystal - sometimes called 'crystal stain'. An unsigned Moser style cordial standing 6 inches high. The colorless 4 3/4 inch tall stem is topped by a 1 1/4 inch tall cup decorated with 2 blue marquetry plums and engraved leaves and stems in green. There is no pontil mark and the cordial is perfect.

Rose Crest is was produced by Fenton from 1944 to 1947. It was originally made as an exclusive for Weil Freeman Company in 1944, but when they didn't renew the contract, Fenton added it to their regular line and continued production until 1947. This is a really great pair of, vintage, Ruby Red Flashed crystal, Iris and Herringbone depression glass Double Branch Candlesticks Candle Holders were made by Jeannette Glass into 1959. A densely beaded Uzbek purse, probably from Mazar-i-Sharif or Kunduz, northern Afghanistan. The designs are typical of Uzbek embroidery in which variations on geometric shapes are emphasized for talismanic effect. The purse is edged with gold trim and blue beads as a prophylactic against the evil eye. The purse is lined with green and pink silk, and a red cotton fabric. There are three pockets inside. Generous redware teapot by Dybdahl, Denmark, 1960’s. The inside, the spout and handle, rim and lid with a smooth transparent glaze, the rest unglazed. Impressed, stamped decoration of little masks or stylized sun faces. In the studio of Palle and Margrethe Dybdahl Margrethe did the wheel throwing and the decorations and Palle the glazes. The teapot takes 1.2 litres and pours well. Width spout to handle "10 / 26 cm. Condition: some roughness around the spout.

Japanese glass ojime in a form of tombodama bead representing Zen Buddhism Patriarch Daruma enveloped in blue robe with various flowers. Tombodama can be translated as “dragonfly ball” and the name is thought to come about because when the molten glass is applied to the core bead it resembles a dragonfly’s eye. Exceptionally well made piece - see his face with expression of severe concentration and finely done minute flowers of different species, in perfect condition. Diameter o.64 inches....

A Hazara prayer cloth from Wardak or Bamiyan province, Afghanistan, circa early 20th century. Satin stitch in multicolored silk thread on fine white linen. Squares and triangles are embroidered in complex symmetrical arrangements to form a very balanced, unified composition. Measures 32 x 32 cm. Condition: Very good, a small mend on the perimeter.

A vintage silk purse with mirrors ("shisha"), embroidered in whorl designs in silk thread on a dark purple silk background. A neat example of the couching technique favored by the Pashtuns, where the metal threads form a neat grid of lines and then fastened down with staggered stitches. This purse is from Katawaz (Ghazni province) in Afghanistan. Condition: Excellent. This purse measures 13.5 x 16.5 cm and is decorated with blue turquoise beads along the edges.
