Tibetan Himalayan low grade large Hard Silver Belt Buckle, Ca. 1930's, 11 1/2" wide, 3 3/4" high, 1 3/4" deep, slightly curved to fit the shape of the front part of the waist, and high relief deep hand hammered and impressed design of double goats in the center with three(3) inlaid turquoise stones, large loose ring is attached on the bottom and two(2) hooks are located on the back inside. The condition is good, no damages.

This carved amethyst snuff bottle is a mid 20th century product. It is 2 1/8” high, 3” wide and 1” thick. It depicts two lotus pods wrapped with lotus leaves. The hard stone lid and bamboo spoon are later replacements. It is in excellent condition.
This is a contemporary, excellently carved carved polychrome netsuke depicting a standing Jurojin, one of the Seven Gods of Good Fortune, who is known as the god of longevity. He holds a staff with a sutra hanging from it on his right hand, and a fan on his left hand. Intricate detail and colors characterize this wonderful miniature sculpture carved by Akihiro Zusuki, a netsuke artist currently living in Hokkaido, Japan...

This apron would be worn for festival by young woman, recently married and hoping to become pregnant or in the early stage of pregnancy. After the baby is born, the straps will be relocated so that the apron is converted to a baby carrier. The coin bottom border is show hope for good fortune for the baby. The 3 tassles on the end of the apron straps are show hope for eventually having 3 children.
The butterfly is considered the mother of the Miao people.

Extremely beautiful Chinese scroll by artist Yuan Feng Zhau of a robed scholar seated in a grassy field next to a flat boulder, studying. The rising moon can be seen in the background, hanging above a small cliff with branches with beautiful blossoming flowers curled around it.
