This hanging scroll of Yang Yuhuan, a Tang Dynasty Royal Consort, as attributed to Fu Baoshi (1904-1965), is both rare and skilfully executed. Its painting subject is based upon the of-quoted love story between Li Longji, the Tang Emperor Xuanzong, and his royal consort and soul-mate, Yang Yuhuan.

This is a beautiful moulded polychrome porcelain bat or wufu and peach brush washer. The bat or wufu is glazed in a iron brown colour with gold dotting and lining. The pair of wings is shown clinching onto the peach and presumably, the bat eating is eating the peach. The peach colour is in the shed from green to dark pink at the tip, with dark green leave and brownish tree trunk. The inside of the brush washer is glazed in turquoise colour...

A Chinese jade pendant of triangular shape, with pierced and carved decoration showing a bird among foliage. It is finely and delicately executed, the stone is of pale celadon color and the cord of finely pleated silk. The tassels carry colored beads. A wondreful Chinese wood panel with three goats, an auspicious symbol of peace, harmony and good fortune. The panel was painted with red lacquer and then gold gilt was applied.
