Black mask with an unusual slightly conical coiffe. Africa, Gabon, Punu Peoples. Height: 12 " ( 30 cm). The mask is nicely mounted on a custom metal stand. Old accidents and infestations (no danger), otherwise good condition. This finely made celadon vase is a mid 20th century product. It is 9 ¼” high and 7” wide from the widest part. The artist name “Sadame” and seal are on the top of the original wood box; his seal is stamped on the bottom of the vase. It is in excellent condition.

Measures 16 1/2" x 19 1/2" x 8". condition was cold painted at a later date though 99% of the paint has been removed.The left foot left toe is missing though a rough toe was created but we removed it during the cleaning it will come with the sculpture.

Rare stoneware teadust melping vase. The broad mouth over narrow shoulders with the sides tapering to a slightly flared foot.

Glazed on the exterior, the base ring left bare as well as the interior below the neck. The base is glazed in the same teadust colour, the green toned glaze pooling around the edges.

Condition: In very good condition, no breaks or cracks

Size is approximately 16 cm high by 9-1/2 cm diameter.

18th C Hindu marble deity figure possibly Devi, done in a provincial style . This piece would have come from a village shrine cold paint colors some losses with age. Size 11.5" by 5"

19-20thc Uganda triple spout pot Ganda magic drinking Ndawula Walumbe Bamweyana Nakaima Muwanga. This rare pot was for ceremonial use and said to be for medicated beer. Probably early 20th c beautiful blackish burnished finish and cord impressed banding around the 3 spouts. Some slight scuffs to spout lip as well as lighter colored grey around rims though does not seem to be damage. No cracks quite heavy for the size comes with no stand. Weight 3.8 h 8" w 7"

Ancient Thai Mon Period Lacquered and gilded Stucco Buddhist Head. The over life-size head is believed to be that of a temple guardian figure. The sculpture was split from ear to ear when we acquired it and had it restored to museum quality the gold is original only the left lower cheek was redone . This Chinese ivory carving of a mountain scene is a mid 20th century product. It is 5 1/8” high (with carved wood base is 6 ¼” high), 2” wide and 1 ½” thick. It depicts a village scene on a mountain. It starts from a boat in a river. Going up the trail, people are riding a buffalo or horse, sitting in a sedan chair or just walking. There are houses, booths, a pagoda and pine trees along the trail. It is in very good condition.

A large and very rare Chinese wedding purse, this unique purse displays colorful Peking forbidden stitch done in patterns displaying various treasures. The inside is of a subtle lavender, while the outside is creme colored with slightly raise geometric designs. This clearly dates it to the early 20's.
