Chinese Complete set of Mahjong Set, Bamboo back bone front with colorful characters, total 144 pieces of tiles plus 4 round pieces of east, west, north and south and 4 square dices, many counting sticks. To open the front of the box, push holes in the back side toward forward, all five(5) trays will open one by one. Box size(6 1/4" high, 9" wide, 5 3/4" deep), and the condition is good.
A large Japanese gourd flower container with a section of the gourd cut out to place a small container to decorate flowers inside. A rattan handle is attached on the top of the gourd. Hisago is a type of gourd often used for various purposes in Japanese culture. The gourd embodies the Japanese aesthetic of wabi sabi. Age: 20th century. Size: height 18" diameter 17.5"

Japanese Woodblock Print by "Tsuchiya Koitsu" "Hachiman Shrine" with two(2) women in in Kimono in front of the Shrine, dated 1938, 11 1/4" x 17" high-paper size, 10 1/2" x 15 1/2"-image size, some stains and some paste mark remain on the corners in the back, this print was out of mat and frame, and later edition.

This hat is extensively decorated with the wrapped thread embroidery technique which is distinctive to the Dong Ethnic Minority group. Additionally detailed with tassels and plastic beads, the hat was clearly made by a loving grandmother approximately 30-35 years ago. The hat is in excellent condition.
This Miao Baby carrier is from the Bai Ling region of China. As is typical of this region, the straps are embroidered. This attractive piece was probably only used for a few festivals before being stored away for the next generations use. In excellant condition, it measures 38" long.

A rare and attractive Burmese Jadeite 3-tone carved Pendant (Yellow, Apple Green and White) depicting a monkey on top and fruit. Fine workmanship, good translucency and well polished. Size H.4.5 cm. x W. 2 cm. Good condition, has a small hole on top for hanging. Difficult to find!

A Japanese Kutani Moriage decorated figure of Hotei, one of the "Seven Gods of Good Luck" and also known as the "Happy God". He always carries the cloth bag that never empties, a walking stick to support the heavy bag, and the Chinese wish giving fan. He is also the patron saint of barkeepers. This Hotei is very large measuring about 17" tall x 10" wide, he weighs about 12 pounds, and he has the Kutani nine valleys mark on the base. We are dating this Hotei as Circa 1950...

There are 3 pairs of serving trays in this boxed set of Japanese sushi trays. Each pair is a different size and color combination. Each tray displays the family mon or emblem on the front. There are 2 red trays, 2 red and black trays, and 2 all black trays. Being Japanese, the pairs of trays nest together a specific order to be stored in the carrying box.
