Vintage Chinese peking glass brush pot, with a white glass base and bright apple green glass overlay. The white base is carved with fan-shapes or arches. The green overlaid glass has been carved away into auspicious motifs including a small chimera/beast, breathing flames onto an overhead flying lucky bat, various potted plants and viewing stones, and a thick ring around the pot's upper and bottom ends. 5 Japanese Bizen Pottery shoe shape Chopstick and Spoon Rest, marked impressed Bizen mark, 2 1/2" high x 1" wide, with low relief Crab design on top of the shoes, top glazed with slight touch of gold. The condition is good, no damages.

An extremely finely and delicately painted eggshell porcelain bowl by Wang Yijun. The poem on the reverse side reads "Wen ji qi wu xiang feng nian, fu gui rong hua ren ping an. Wang Yijun zuo" which can translate as "Practice the sword while hearing roosters (meaning work hard) and enjoy the affluence of the year; wish people wealth, prosperity and safety. A large lidded basket, 21" high and 15" diameter, circa mid to late 20th century, likely of Indonesian origin. The handwork is impressive as is the design. Condition is good, there seems to be a slight asymmetry at bottom, with a little "lean" there, and "$20" was written on bottom at some point in time. Compare to images of baskets from Indonesia. I speculated that this could be African or possibly Central American but consensus seems to point to Indonesia...

A four character calligraphy piece attributed to Liu Bingsen (1937-2005). Liu Bingsen was noted for his contemporary interpretations and styles in Chinese calligraphy. Refined Inlaid Celadon Tea Bowl by the Last Korean Princess, Yi Bangja (1901 - 1989) with the original signed box. The glaze has the same prized celadon color and precise inlaid technique as that achieved by 12th century Korean potters.
