Rare kinetic showstopper designed by Bent Gabrielsen while he worked for iconic Danish silversmith Hans Hansen. In textured sterling silver with a dangling disc that has a gold wash. The disc has a pitted texture which contrasts beautifully against the vertical pattern of the body of the pendant. This is a large, bold piece, measuring 3.25". Excellent condition. This very stylish shell cameo set in a 14Kt white gold filigree frame, dates back to the 1920-s. The 33 X 45 millimeter oval cameo depicts a bust of a lady with a diamond and emerald earring. The broach is extremely versatile since a fold down swivel type bail makes it wearable as a pendant as well.

This latest painting depicting a tree on the grounds of Phillips Academy in Andover Ma can be viewed at the Andover Historical Society "Places" juried art show from 09/09/17 through 12/22/97 and is signed by this self learned painter as Mimi Dee at lower left. It is housed in a hand painted frame by same.

A complete old Tibetan ladies purse made of Yak leather and inlaid with silver and gilt carvings with a center piece of Turquoise. The front has carvings of two fish (representing the beginning of life)and flower design. The back has a center tree design. There is a silver woven chain attached to the top for carrying. This is a very fine and unusual Japanese Satsuma vase with relief figures. The work on this piece is highly detailed and the gold thickly applied. The Dragon and clouds are decorated with silver. The piece is in very good condition will minor wear. The Artist signature is the most worn area on the piece. With magnification it can be seen that it is signed Fuzan but it is very hard to make out. I have included a similar Fuzan mark for comparison. The vase stands 8 1/2 inches tall.

A fantastic Chinese silver caddy of hexagonal shape, applied with a profusion of enameled birds perched on foliage and flowers, all against a filigree ground . Studs of turquoise and coral further enhance the opulence of this extravaganza. Stamped SILVER on the base. Age: first quarter of 20 C. size: 6 9/10 inches (17.5 cm ) high. condition: Excellent, it appears untouched, unpolished and unused for a long time, thus remaining in pristine and undamaged state.
