A sterling silver necklace in an Arts and Crafts Celtic design.

The necklace is not marked, but the clasp is marked 925 for sterling and also has a tiny mark, maybe a stylized 'S' that we can't identify.

Central pendant measures 2 1/8" across and 2 1/4" high including the dangle. Necklace measures 17 1/2" long. Has a spring clasp that holds securely.

Warm patina, quality piece.

A well made modernist bracelet in 835 silver with a design reminiscent of Juhls or Lapponia. Looks very Nordic or Scandinavian, but it is signed 835 Germany and what looks like conjoined KG in a circle. Unable to determine the maker.

Bracelet measures about 7 1/2" around and 7/8" at the widest. The front design measures 2" across and 1 3/8" high. Has a very mid century design. The hook clasp holds securely. The central design is attached with a hinge...

A vintage sterling silver modernist ring by Hans Sten and Karl Laine from Sten and Laine in Finland. Reminds us of an abstract spiderweb. Measures about a size 7 but is adjustble. Top measures 1 1/8" wide and 1 1/4" high. Marked with the hallmark for Sten and Laine, 925H for sterling, Town mark for Turku and T7 for 1972. Very nice condition. Great example of Scandinavian modernist design.

A modernist 830 silver ring with a brutalist design from Sweden. Has 5 square shaped cut outs and contrasting textures across the top. The top is a raised disk that sits on 2 arms and measures 7/8" across.

Currently measures size 7, but is adjustable.

Marked with the three crowns national mark, 830 for the silver content and S for the silver standard.

Has minor tarnish. There are two tiny cut marks on the back of the shank.

Quality piece. Fine modernist design.

A vintage modernist sterling silver ring by David Andersen, Norway. Three balls in an overlapping style.

Measures about a size 6.5 and can be slightly adjusted. Shank measures 1/2" at the widest. Signed D-A, Norway, Sterling, 925S, and scales mark.

In very nice condition, has just a little tarnish and some minor nicks and scratches. Circa 1970s. Wonderful MCM design.

A vintage modernist sterling silver pendant by Erik Granit with two layered lobes that curve towards the center. Made in Finland. The pendant is marked on the inside of the bale with the conjoined EG logo, Crown, 925, and U7 for 1973. Also marked with 925 again, Sterling and Finland. Additionally it is marked E Granit & Co. Design Jewellery.

Measures 2 1/2" tall with the long bale and 1 7/8" across...

A vintage modernist sterling silver brooch designed by Gertrude Engel for Anton Michelsen, from Sweden. Measure 1 5/8" across and 1 3/8" high. Has a brown swirled oval cabochon. Marked with the MIC hallmark and the three crowns silver standard mark used by Anton Michelsen when in Stockholm, Sweden from 1946-63. Also marked with S for the town mark, A9 for 1951 and Engel. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely. Silver has a warm patina...

An Arts and Crafts hand made acid etched brooch in German Silver or Pewter by the documented Chicago firm, BRANDT that was active 1914-1923. Signed with an impressed BRANDT.

Measures 2 1/2" long and 5/8" wide. Not flat but curved for an interesting effect. Has a replaced rollover clasp that holds securely.

Classic design.

A well crafted, hand wrought sterling silver brooch with two layers of sterling, one polished and one hammered and oxidized.

Signed Hand Wrought, Sterling and WW (signed twice) for the maker's mark.

Measures about 2 1/8" long and 5/8" wide. Weighs 12 Gr.

Has a rollover clasp that holds securely.

Warm patina, fine condition with minor surface scratches.

Classic Arts and Crafts design.

A modernist sterling silver hand wrought cuff bracelet signed 'AR' in a design reminiscent of the work of Arthur King. Has polished 'globs' of silver along the edges and surrounding the multiple cut outs. The polished sterling contrasts with the oxidized darker areas for an interesting effect.

Measures about 6 1/2" around with an opening of 1". Fits me comfortably and I have an average wrist. It is pretty stiff and doesn't have much give.

Marked AR Sterling on the inside of one end...

A fine, modernist sterling silver ring by the California studio jeweler, Gerald Stinn, (1937-2019).

Has an abstract three dimensional design on the front.

Measures about a size 7. Marked Stinn Sterling. In very nice condition. His pieces were sold to major museums and are on permanent display at the Smithsonian Museum in D.C.

Quality piece.

A pair of vintage modernist sterling silver earrings by the well known modernist jeweler, Henry Steig. Abstract sterling shape with an overlay of heavy sterling wire and green cabochons. Great dark patina. Clips hold tightly. Measure about 1 1/4" long and 3/4" across. Marked Steig Sterling on the backs and Sterling with a patent number on the clips. One of the green stones has a scratch near the edge. Well made. Wonderful organic design.

A vintage sterling silver neck ring by American Modernist jeweler, Ronald Hayes Pearson with a lightly hammered texture. The arms gracefully slope towards the front.

This neck ring measures about 11 1/2" around the inside with an opening of 3". Can be adjusted slightly. Signed Pearson Sterling. In very nice condition with minor surface scratches.

Fine mid century design.

A vintage sterling silver ring by Andreas Mikkelsen, Denmark in a modernist folded design. Mikkelsen worked for Georg Jensen and designed modern pieces for them before striking out on his own. Streamlined curves, thick sterling, very Mid Century. Marked A.Mik., Denmark, and 925S. Measures size 7. Has a little tarnish. Very unique design.

A sterling silver bracelet from Taxco in a modernist design. Made up of twelve hinged concave links in the style of Antonio Pineda.

Marked Santos, Taxco, 925 for sterling and Eagle #3.

Measures 7" around and 3/4" wide.

Has a tongue and box closure which snaps securely.

Has some tarnish and minor nicks and scratches. Weighs 46 Gr.

A vintage pair of sterling silver screw back earrings by Margot de Taxco, ( Margot Van Voorhies Carr), number 5417, in a knot or pretzel design. Measure 3/4" high and 7/8" across. Marked Made in Mexico Sterling, Margot de Taxco and 5417. Also marked with Eagle #16. Screw backs hold securely. Very nice condition. Estate fresh. A vintage sterling silver and pearl Mid Century Modernist brooch in the brutalist style. Consists of eleven tentacles or rays with flattened ends. Has a large off center grey pearl.

Measures 2" across and 1 1/2" high. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely.

Has some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. Pearl has some very minor scuffs.

Well made with a stunning design. Great studio piece.
