A vintage bracelet with a central Pre Columbian bird probably from either Ecuador or Peru in 950 silver. The bird has a green stone cabochon eye. There is a layer of red and gold woven material behind the bird. Bracelet has four hinged thick silver chains meeting in the back.

Measures 7 1/2" long and 1 1/4" at the widest. Has a tongue and box clasp with a swing over safety latch for extra security. There is an additional bezel set green stone on the clasp...

A choice of two modernist rings by Lapponia in sterling silver, designed by Björn Weckström is available. May purchase individually or as a pair.

The first ring has a lightly textured surface as seen in the Space series. This ring is a size 6.5-7. May be able to adjust slightly due to the open nature of the design. The band measures 3/8" wide. It is in fine condition with minor surface wear.

A long, hand wrought sterling silver brooch by Albino Manca in an Arts and Crafts calla lily design.

Measures about 3 1/2" long and 1 1/2" at the widest. Weighs 18 gr.

Marked Hand Wrought, Sterling, A. Manca and what looks like an etched 886/5. Has a secure rollover clasp.

Warm patina, fine condition with a little tarnish.

Would look lovely on a lapel.

A sterling silver modernist brooch by Phyllis Sklar, American Mid Century jeweler. This brooch has a thick sterling wire overlay with an oval moonstone cabochon on a darkened, oxidized surface. Measures 1 1/4" tall and 1 3/8" at the widest. Has the stylized 'p' hallmark, phyllis and sterling on the back. Nice contrast between the oxidized and shiny sterling layers. Rollover clasp holds securely. Has some minor surface scratches. Classic Phyllis design.

A vintage 830 silver storyteller bracelet by David Andersen, Norway. Made up of alternating panels with what looks like a large lizard and a person on horseback yielding a sword and shield. There is some oxidation to the background for a contrasting effect.

Measures 7 1/4" long and just under an inch wide. Signed with the scales mark and 830S for the silver content on the back of the clasp.

In very nice condition, has some wear to the oxidation and minor surface scratches...

The wrap ring measures about 6 1/2 and is adjustable due to the nature of the design. Has a bezel set green agate or pale jade stone. Marked on the inside with the cipher of the artist, xTo and 925. A vintage large sterling silver Mid Century Modernist brooch by Ed Wiener in the shape of a five pointed star.

Made from thick sterling wire. Unsigned, as were most of his star brooches. We believe this one is the larger version.

Measures 3 1/8" across and 2" high.

Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely. There may be a slight bend on the long arm, may be original to the piece. Has some minor surface scratches and tarnish.

Fine craftsmanship. Great studio piece

A rare hand wrought modernist link bracelet and matching earrings in Sterling Silver by the well respected jewelry teacher and author, Philip Morton. He is the author of the book "Contemporary Jewelry" where he demonstrates jewelry making techniques and highlights talented and noteworthy artisans. He helped found the Society of North American Goldsmiths in 1968.

An abstract sterling silver brooch by Modernist NYC Silversmith, Henry Steig. May be a stylized leaf or feather. Measures 2" long and 1" at the widest. Signed on the back Steig Sterling. Rollover safety clasp holds securely. There is an area along the darkened edge that is textured, not sure if that is original or wear. Nice contrast of polished and darkened sterling. Necklace measures 15 3/4" long with the central pendant measuring 1 1/2" high and 2 1/2" across. The central pendant can be detached and worn as a brooch. A wonderfully crafted 950 Sterling Silver cuff bracelet by Miyé Matsukata who had Atelier Janiyé in Boston. The bracelet has a large sphere at one end and a smaller one at the other. It tapers towards the wire wrapped ends.

Measures 6" around with a 1" opening. Measures 1/4" at the widest. Signed Janiyé Japan 950 and Sterling. Fine condition with minor surface scratches.

This bracelet is from her estate. Provenance available. Amazing work from a talented artisan.

A stunning vintage Mexican bracelet in sterling silver (or better) by Fred Davis in his classic Chevron design. Featured in "Mexican Silver", by Morrill and Berk on page 27.

Measures approximately 7" long and 1 1/8" wide. In very nice condition, has some minor scratches and a little tarnish. Marked with the conjoined FD of the maker and Silver Mexico.

Has a box clasp that snaps securely and a safety chain. Great detail on the clasp.

Pre Eagle, (Pre 1948). Looks great on!

A pair of vintage modernist sterling silver earrings by the well known modernist jeweler, Henry Steig. Abstract sterling shape with an overlay of heavy sterling wire and green cabochons. Great dark patina. Clips hold tightly. Measure about 1 1/4" long and 3/4" across. Marked Steig Sterling on the backs and Sterling with a patent number on the clips. One of the green stones has a scratch near the edge. Well made. Wonderful organic design.

A vintage mid century modernist pair of screw back earrings in sterling silver and exotic wood by William Spratling. Described as having four curved sterling lines ending in a swirl of exotic wood.

They each measure 1 3/8" long and 1" at the widest.

Marked with the impressed Spratling Silver in an oval on the back of each earring. This marks was used between 1933-40, the first design period.
