19th century Chinese Famille Rose Melon shape Porcelain Jar, Ca. mid 1800's, 11 1/2" high, 8 1/2" wide-middle widest part, 3 3/4" diameter-top rim, with overglaze Famille Rose color of mother and children are playing in the garden on one side and two(2) bats are flying on the other side. Few old chips inside the top rim and kiln crazing on the bottom, no cracks or hairlines.

Five assorted old Chinese beads. Four glass and one (large) stone bead. Size in cm: see last photo.

A nice and very decorative ink and colour painting on paper. Mouned on silk as a hanging scroll. The painting is definitely a painting done by hand and not a print. The painting is signed and there are 2 seals on the painting which probably are the seals of the artist. The scroll : 165 cm x 46 cm. The painting : 69 cm x 34,8 cm. Condition : Perfect. Provenance : Old South German collection.

19th century Chinese small carved boxwood architectural panel depicting a Chinese scholar with 3 attendants among pavilions and trees. Must have been part of an altar piece. Wonderful quality carving with piercing and deep undercutting, rich detailing (see several Fungus of Immortality), very pleasant wear and patina. Size 2 3/8 x 4 7/8 x 9/16 inches. 1900's Chinese Silver (tested silver with silver test kit) Gold Wash Lock Pendant with Turquoise and Agate Beads Carved Necklace Marked

It is 37.8 inches (96 cm) in circumference by 17.5 inches (44.5 cm) in length. The lock is 2 inches (5 cm) long 1.4 inches (3.6 cm) wide. The agate beads range from 10.4 mm to 21 mm wide. The total weight is 118.1 gram.

The lock has tarnished silver, rubbing of gold, and surface wears and scratches...

This is a thinly potted bowl depicting the Buddhist's eight auspicious signs which is found on the sole of Buddha's feet. They are the mystic knot, fish, wheel of the law, lotus, canopy, unbrella, conch shell and the jar. The bowl stand on a short recessed foot-rim and into a U-shaped body. At the base of foot-rim, it has the honorific four character seal mark of Qianglong reign. Cir. second half 19th century, possibly from Tongzhi period.

The bowl is in good condition...

A rare inkstone was found from a famous painter and scholar of Qing Dynasty - Zen-Yu 曾燠（AD1759-1830) .
The inscriptions on the inkstone were as follows : Dauguang 6th year (1826) Nan-chen, Zen-Yu(道光六年南城曾燠) .
On the reverse side, the motif of a crouching deer was well carved.

Date: Qing Dynasty AD1759-1830.

Chinese Silver chain or bracelet with Bell, Turquoise and Nephrite Jade Ring, 11" long-maximum length, Bell-7/8" wide, 1" high, the Jade is 7/8" diameter-outside measurement, 7/8" long x 5/8" wide for Turquoise drop tear shape, 3/4" x 5/8" wide for Peach. The bell has beautiful ringing. It shows beautiful old patina.

Chinese red glass bead necklace and are most likely beads from a Qing official's necklace. Size: 38cm end to end.

He is 18 inches (46 cm) tall, and 7 inches (18 cm) wide. He weighs 8.5 lb.

He is in good condition with no dents, repairs, cracks, or chips, except loss of gold and missing 2 nails near the bottom so his base is loose (as seen in the photos).

19th century Chinese bronze fan shaped plaque with low relief depiction of a phoenix in flight over a latticed garden fence with pine clusters above and pomegranate bushes on rocks below. Very nice crisp work, beautiful patina. Set into original rosewood frame carved as scrolling vines with gourds and leaves. Loss to the upper right area, looks like an easy restoration if needed. Original frame is further set into contemporary wooden frame with golden surface...

The tube of the pipe is simply cut from a natural bamboo stem to which the artist has chosen to leave some secondary stem ends. The frame, mainly in bronze, is composed of several layers of metals, alloys of different colors, yellow , red-brown and grayish-black, finely cut with motifs, bats, swastikas and stylized Lingzhi,wishing 10,000 years of happiness and long life. There are some jadeite beads embedded in the decor...

The sculpture is of excellent quality. The Kouanyin is represented seated in a position of royal relaxation. Very heavy wood is covered with several coats of paint. The details are finely incised but are almost all covered by the paintings. The hand was made apart. The expression of the face is calm, attentive and benevolent. The movement of the fabrics is elegant.Traces of textiles.Yuan style but I am not able to certify the authenticity because there are so many copies...
