A perfect potted Famille Rose bowl brightly rich and colourful decorated to the exterior with a scaly five-clawed dragon in pursuit of the flaming pearl, alternating with descending long-tailed phoenix, all amidst meandering leafy scrolls...

Having a single bail handle, the reticulated lid fits snugly and is very well cut with a design of geometric and floral patterns. The patina is of a warm, silvery tone showing the expected evidence of use and wear.

Description:

A celadon ewer or water dropper was intriguingly mold as chicken pot.
By cute-looking spout and simple-form wings, the porcelain pot was applied with glass-sheen glaze all over the surface.
On the unglazed bottom, the dense-feel clay was revealed and was with adhesives of burial earth.
Crackles and abrasions were resulted from incursions too.
It was kept in very fine condition...
