Antique Chinese charming cloissone sheep with large curling horns, made of copper repousse, cloisonne with stylized birds and scrolling vines all over the body of the sheep, beautiful colors on a black ground, late 19th century. Size: 11" high x 16" long x 6" deep.

Description:

A Tang yellow-glazed ewer was well mold.
It was kept in fine condition with time-endured crackles in the glaze.
Uniquely a poem in scholar taste was carved on the surface reffering a romantic mood between two lovers.

Date: Tang Dynasty, 618-907.

A large very decorative porcelain jar resp. flower-pot, decorated with a moulded decoration of 2 dragons and glazed with a very nice blue-green Celadon glaze. It seems that this jar was produced as a flower-pot because there is a hole to the bottom of the jar from the time when the jar was produced and it seems that this hole was closed later, most probably already a long time ago. Eighteenth to nineteenth centuries. H : 26,4 cm. Diameter : 23,2 cm. Condition : Perfect.

The remains of a very important, most beautiful Qingbai glazed Shrine. Southern Song Dynasty ( 1127 - 1279 ). ( Yingqing ). This despite it´s condition still absolutely beautiful piece belonged to the former personal collection of the old Hj. Syamsuddin, the well known former Antiques-shop owner from Bali and Makassar. This vase is of a fine, stately hexagonal shape, molded with archaic kuilong designs reminiscent of ancient Chinese bronze work. The celadon glaze is delicate in its greenish-blue shade, and quite thick. The paste is also quite good for 19th century.

A thinly potted bowl with a carved decoration and glazed with an nice pale blue Qingbai glaze. Northern Song Dynasty ( 1127 - 1279 ) This rare bowl comes from the same old German collection like the bowl listed earlier here ( item # 1172349, Stock # 468 ) and like on the base of the other bowl also on the base of this bowl there is an old Chinese inscription to the unglazed base. Diameter : 17,1 cm. H : 5,5 cm. Condition : Perfect,with a nice "ping" tone when tapped.

A rare bottle vase with finely incised and picked out in green color with a pair of dragons pacing through clouds flanked by a band of key-fret pattern to mouth rim and above a lappet border around the base. Chenghua six characters mark, but possibly Qing dynasty 18th/19th century. Condition with a small area re-glued in lower part, visible on the last enlargement, no any crack and no chip. High: 14.5cm.

A rare late Yuan - early Ming qingbai qhite glaze lobbed cover box, rounded side with lobbed body and glazed base, cover box decorated with lobbed body, there is continuous anhua flower motif at the cover and flower shape knop / handle at the top cover. cover box is in good condition, no chip, no crack, no restoration, there is glaze shrinkage / unglazed at the the top flower motif cover. A good Yuan dynasty qingbai bluish white glaze dragon handled ewer with cover, pear shape body with raising up spout and dragon shape handle, ewer covered with bluish white glaze, found in east java. ewer is in good condition no chip, no crack, no restoration, very rare to find similar dragon ewer in this good condition. Beautiful antique Chinese jade toggle, carved with horse and monkey with coin, very pale green almost white jade with some orange striations from rind of pebble. Republic Period. Size: 2.5" long

This very well molded and colored late 19th century sitting Guan Yin is 9 ½” high, 4 ¾” wide and 3 ½” deep. It depicts Guan Yin (Goddess of Mercy) holding a RuYi scepter and pearl sitting on a double lotus seat. Aside from a crack line on the back due to firing, it is in excellent condition.
