This semi-translucent stone is carved in high relief on the bottom in the form of a lotus leaf with pods and buds and stems. It is jade-green in areas and almost clear in others and it shows the numerous flaws running through the stone typical of so-called green quartz (actually fluorite). A rare shape Yuan dynasty blue and white jar, drum shape rounded side with deep center and unglazed base, jar decorated with good underglaze blue of flower motif at the exterior.
Jar is in good condition no damage, slightly wrapp.
Size: 7 cm diameter 5 cm height.

A very fine Qing 18th century Yongzheng period blue and white large dish, rounded side with deep center and unglazed base, dish decorated fine under glaze blue of continous flower motif.
Dish is in very good condition no chip, no crack no restoration.

Small Chinese Turquoise glazed figure of Budai. C18thC Height 7.1 cm. Condition: one chip 0.9 cm to front of base, two small chips to underside.

A superbly potted Qianlong Mark and Period ( 1736 - 1795 ) vase with an wonderful copper-red glaze. H : 18, 6 cm. Condition : It was possible to re-glue the broken vase very successfully. Although there is no re-paint to the vase the re-glued areas are quite discrete.

This celadon jade cup has two handles, a slightly pronounced rim, and is set on a raised foot. The body is carved with three lines of raised knobs along the sides, with two straight, vertical handles on opposite sides. The stone is of a very light translucent celadon tone with a whitish patch that has a reddish-brown outline near the foot. The base of one handle has an indented and polished area, and a carved line under the overhang of the handle...

This textile wallet would have been used to keep sewing supplies Each page is made from heavy hand paper, hand painted decoration and folded in such a way that numerous pockets and flaps are available for storage of small bits of fabric, snipes of thread, needles, etc. the outside of the wallet is covered with homespun fabric which now attests to the age and use of the piece. This wallet is from the Dong ethnic minority of China, and would have been passed down from one generation to another...

Ca. 1900

This slightly-waisted bottle vase is of a rich lavender red tone infused with overall speckling of deep red. The red glaze drains to a buff colored ring around the lip and continues into the interior for an inch or two. The glaze stops very evenly just above the neatly trimmed footring. A four-character seal mark in underglaze colbalt blue is centered within a circle of clear glaze that is bordered with two incised concentric rings...

Chinese Bronze Censer. Well cast and standing on three low feet. With Xuande six character mark. Original patina. 18thC. Height 7.7 cm, Diameter 12.3 cm. Condition: excellent, one handle leans slightly inwards.

Chinese Turquoise Ground Cloisonne Box and Cover. The cover decorated with Buddhist symbols. The sides with Daoist emblems. 18th/19thC. Length 9.0 cm. Height 4.1 cm. Condition: slight wear to gilding, small dent to gilt rim of base and cover, chip to turquoise enamel at end of base, small scratch to cover.
