A small porcelain water coupe with Langyao red glaze (郎红釉)finish on the body, light green glaze (苹果绿釉) on inside the body and inside the foot rim. 18th century. The water coupe is in excellent condition - just some scratches on the glaze. Diameter: 2-5/8".

A rare underglaze blue decorated porcelain coffee can (cup) attractively painted in Chinese taste and made for export to Europe, circa 1725-1750, during the reign of either the Yongzheng or Qianlong emperors. Condition - there are three repaired rim chips, two with associated hairlines and there is a small area of glaze loss to the inside of the handle (please view enlargements)...

Made in the late years of the Kangxi period, this plate illustrates a scene from the Romance of the Western Chamber, depicting a courtship moment between Zhang Sheng and Cui Yingying. The blue is of a lighter, more wistful shade.

The outer border is decorated with eight individual reserves executed alternatively in either puce or black, with each puce reserve so well-executed that they are essentially miniature paintings in their own right...
A rare, finely potted, small deep dish, well painted with "famille verte" enamels and decorated in scholar's taste with precious objects . This item was made in Jingdezhen, China circa 1700-1722 during the reign of the Kangxi emperor. Condition - excellent - there is normal age related wear to the enamels but no damages and no restoration...
