A large brooch of Chinese export silver made in filigree technique and embellished with enamelings and a good carved jadeite Feicui piece in the shape of a hibiscus flower. Stamped on the back side. Size: Diam 5,4 x 4 cm. Late Qing, around 1900/1910. Condition: good.
Elegant Chinese famille rose enameled porcelain vase, trumpet neck above a tapering body. Decorated with pink and lavender peonies and fruiting vines. Qianlong mark (1736-1795), but I believe 19th century.

Rare early 20th century Yi minority lacquered box constructed from leather. I purchased this piece in a Bai minority, weekly market in Yunnan near Dali around 2002. I assume this is now an extinct craft no longer being done because of the availability of cheap plastic items as well as the migration of artisans to better paying jobs in the city. Very minor lacquer losses on the edge. Excellent condition. H: 5cm/2in

Chinese Green Jadeite Jade Pendant, carved lotus flower shape with incised line of pedals, 1 5/8" wide 1 1/4" high, 1/4" thick, with natural infusions. Holes indicated that this piece was sewn onto the clothes, or attach to the larger piece of jewel items. The condition is good.

At the age of twenty, he reorganized Japan by promoting Chinese Confucian and Buddhist principles. His well known "Constitution with 17 Articles" was the first written law of Japan. DESCRIPTION: A Japanese Imari porcelain dish, shaped in “double fish” form and decorated in traditional Imari colors with floral designs in rust red, and fish scales and fins in royal blue. The reverse has painted florals and grasses on the four sides. Late 19th/early 20th century, and in excellent condition with no chips or restorations. DIMENSIONS: 10 ½” long (26.6 cm) x 9” wide (23 cm).
