Measuring 3.25 inches high by 3.75 inches in diameter, this lovely Victorian Barber Shop, mustache or shaving cup or mug remains in excellent condition but for the subtle wear to the gilt-edged rim.
The cup is embossed with swirls, dots and bows as well as decorated further with gold-drawn designs and 2 large, hand-painted pink roses with 1 smaller cream-colored rose. The cup base is scalloped and the fancy handle is gold-gilded.
A very pretty piece!

A nice pair of Georgian English sterling 5-5/8" sugar tongs with elegant bright cut decoration. These tongs were made by Thomas Wallis and Jonathan Hayne in London, England 1816-17; they weigh 24.5 grams, they have an S over WxM monogram, and they are in excellent original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. A porcelain plate decorated with floral sprigs and bouquets with a shaped rim decorated with gilt dentil edge marked on the underside with a “B” in underglaze blue. 9 inch (23 cm) diameter. This short lived porcelain factory, roughly 1776-1781, had the Duc d’Orleans (cousin of the King Louis XVI) as its patron.
Condition: no chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. Some wear to the gilding and a little stacking wear.

19th century repousse Chinese silver sew-on clothing ornament in a shape of a Chinese sage riding a mythical qilin. During Qing Dynasty silver figures of traditional mythical characters were sewn onto clothing and hats for decoration. Nicely made from low grade silver, small holes around perimeter for sewing onto clothes, will look much better once tarnish is cleaned. Height 1.83 inches.

A large elaborate bronze cloak pin, cast via the lost wax (cire perdue) process with poppy flower shaped terminal.
Used to fasten clothes, in this case due to the unusually heavy fabric and decoration, likely leather for presentation use - perhaps for a very thick cape or leather armor. The lower terminal decorated with knobs and 3 spikes.
