Art Deco 18K Yellow Gold Pendant Necklace with 2 rosecut diamonds, 2 roundcut peridot, and 1 dangling lustrous pearl on a 14K yellow gold (hallmarked) chain. Probably circa 1920s, possibly French. Can also be worn as a pin (see photo). Chain is modern, not original. Fully tested to be 18K. Length of chain is 21 inches (approx 20 inch wearable length w pendant attached). Width: 1 5/16 inches. An early Mexican Deco bracelet, made in Mexico City as indicated by its hallmarks, this massive piece is as well-crafted as it is impressive. Impressive might even be an understatement, actually. Though it is true that vintage Mexican silver jewelry is not of the delicate, demure kind, even after so many years of researching, buying and selling them, I find myself at a loss for words when a piece like this shows up...

A handsome, classic pair of Edwardian cufflinks by Larter. Worked in 14K yellow gold, the double-sided cufflinks feature faces of carved mother of pearl centered with cabochon sapphires. Marked LANVIN PARIS on the back of the pendant and also with a metal hang tag in the form of a conjoined J and L, for Jeanne Lanvin. The Bakelite tests positive with Simichrome. Very unique ring by Sam Kramer, the 1950s New York based jeweler whose "expressive, organic work and surreal workshop, located on West 8th Street in New York's Greenwich Village, paved the way for other mid-twentieth century metalsmiths, and for many more working today" (Toni Greenbaum). I believe this might have been a custom piece made for a musician, as I can't find anything quite like it in the literature or online...

A beautiful Etruscan style ornate pendant or large charm in 14k yellow gold c1960. This 1" pendant (to the top of the mounted loop) measures 3/4" across; it has two hand carved genuine shell portrait cameos, one on each side and one left facing and the other right. It is marked 14K and it weighs 6.8 grams. This item is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, scrapes, dents, monograms, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

A very fine matched pair of Victorian 14K yellow gold hinged bangle bracelets presented in their original fitted box. Each bracelet is fashioned with a buckle design and accented with ornate engraved and basse taille enamel decoration in a foral pattern. The edges of the bangles have bright cut engraving that lends a little glitter. The bracelets are generously sized with 3/4" width.

A stunning Georgian 18K gold textured chain necklace suspending a graduated series of nineteen carved hardstone hearts. The colorful stones include lapis lazuli, moonstone, opal, carnelian, moss agate, porphyry, chrysoprase, banded agate, jasper and more. Stones such as these would have been mined in many different parts of the globe, and wearing a necklace of such "specimens" would have indicated wealth as well as a certain curiosity and intelligence about the world...

A fabulous and early vintage sterling necklace with square cut crystal stones and a huge pear shaped cut crystal drop. The clasp is marked STERLING and the other elements test positive for sterling. Circa 1920. Beautifully made and detailed. The edges of the square stone settings are engraved with delicate patterns. The stones are brilliant and glittering.

Stunning antique Austro Hungarian silver girandole drop earrings in 935 silver with glass paste stones, in an 18th century style. Circa 1910. 935 silver is a bit higher in silver content than sterling, and the designation was used in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. The design and construction are characteristic of Austro Hungarian jewelry. Marked 935. With screwbacks...

This Antonio Pineda tie bar is a wonderful example of his quality, modernist artistry. It is concave with a central bezel-set, oval amethyst cabochon. It is marked "ANTONIO TAXCO" (in crown), "970" and co-stamped with Los Castillo Cooperativo marks: "LOS CASTILLO SOC COOP SCL" in a circle with "SEC 2" inside (this Coop mark is double-struck--see pictures) and eagle mark "58." The tie bar measures 1 1/8" x 5/8" x 1/4" and is in very good condition.

A large 18K yellow gold Sputnik pendant by H Stern. The dome is bezel-set with round amethysts, citrines, aquamarines, garnets, green tourmalines, and most unusually, a very rare blue indicolite tourmaline and an even rarer neon green tourmaline with paraiba-like coloring. The Sputnik design was created in the 1950s to showcase the variety of colored gemstones available from Stern's Brazilian ines. Fabulous singular clip earrings in substantial cast solid goldtone metal studded with brilliant prong set champagne peach color rhinestones, and goldtone metal beads wired between the top and bottom elements. 1960s or 1970s, not marked. Probably French. They have the same rhinestone studded metal construction and back construction as the signed French Simone Edouard earrings I have listed. This unique bracelet measures 7 1/2" long. It consists of 6 hinged panels, of needlepoint flowers, embroidered yarn on canvas, set in brass. Each colorful panel measures 1 1/4" 3/4". The bracelet has a V-spring catch and is in excellent condition: circa 1950's. It also has good heft.
