A 12 X 7 millimeter oval cabochon opal with vibrant colors centers this great 14Kt yellow gold 1960-s cluster ring. The center opal is surrounded by 17 prong set round faceted natural rubies. The approximate weight of the opal is 1.25Ct, while the approximate total weight of all rubies is 0.85Ct. The overall measurement of the oval cluster is 18 X 12 millimeters.
