Felipe Martinez opened his shop, "Piedra Y Plata" in 1950. A former sculptor who had worked with Hubert Harmon in the 1940's, Martinez was known for his work with beautiful stones which melded seamlessly into his silver designs. This bracelet is an exquisite example of what he was known best for. It's a thick and substantial piece, with six silver panels - each having three sections of azurite stone inlay...

This is an antique Silver belt of Nyonya lady in Straits Settlements, still very fashionable today to be worn with even jeans, in a very good condition. It is with the flora and pheonix bird design typical of the Chinese Works of art of the era, circa 1900s or earlier. A superb Art Nouveau 14K yellow gold locket, the front cover decorated with a scene depicting a maiden in flowing drapery amidst a rose garden with Classical ruins in the background. A cherub reaches down to touch her shoulder. The upper edge is set with a fine 5-pt ruby of slightly purplish-red color. Locket designs of this complexity are quite uncommon. The back cover is engraved "Aunt Dora to Dora 1906". The interior is marked "14K".

Modernist cufflinks made up of eight little geometrically arranged cylinders. Made by Isaac Cohen, Stockholm and marked ICO, S:t Erik’s head (the hallmark for Stockholm), R9 = year mark for 1967, three crowns and S indicating the Swedish silver standard of the time = 830/1000. Here is a beautiful, ornate, Norwegian sterling silver and enamel bracelet. It consists of 8 butterfly-shaped, linked panels of pearly white guilloche enamel. Each panel has a lovely applied wirework decoration with beaded center. The bracelet has a safety chain and a V-spring and box clasp, on which, “925 S STERLING NORWAY” is marked, along with a maker’s mark of (what looks to me like) an “E” inside a lobed oval. (I am unfamiliar with this artist’s hallmark)...

A very attractive pair of late Arts & Crafts or early Art Deco silver cufflinks by Saethers Gull og Solvvarefabrikk, a Norwegian silversmith known for inventive designs. One face of each cufflink is hinged for ease in putting through the cuff. The connectors are fully hallmarked.

A wonderfully crafted sterling silver bangle bracelet by noted Arts and Crafts metalsmith, Walter Jennings.

Has a lightly hammered texture and the initials DSP on the outside. Marked with the conjoined WJ and 1921 on the inside. The oval shape makes it easy to slide on and off. Measures about 7 5/8" around and 1/4" wide. In fine condition.

This is an early design from Margot de Taxco, and it is spectacular. Composed of gorgeous repoussé swirls with tiny beading, this necklace lays perfectly. Closes with a tight and secure tongue in box. Collector quality. Center measures 4 1/2" wide, 3 1/2" tall. Closed, wearable length is 17". Weight is 89.1 grams. Beautiful circa 1920 genuine translucent honey amber faceted graduated bead necklace hand knotted with original matching thread, with openwork honeycomb form 14KT gold tiny box slide clasp. Clasp is marked 14K very faintly. The necklace weighs 37 grams. Faint age related crazing in many of the beads. This simply elegant period line bracelet is made of 14Kt yellow gold with a platinum top and decorated in the center by an approximately 0.06Ct single cut diamond. The diamond is flanked by a 3 mm square sapphire on either side. The length of the bracelet is 6 7/8” and the width is 3/16”.
