The serpent’s head and tail are twisted together forming a circle that, in Victorian symbology, represented the eternal nature of love. A beautiful Georgian mourning pin worked in 15K yellow gold with black enamel accents. The domed crystal cover encloses a watercolor on ivory memorial scene highlighted with snippets of hair. Silver gilt earrings from the years just after the French Revolution, with hallmarks used 1798 – 1809. “Poissarde” (fishmonger’s wife) model with hinges fastening in the front motif, in this case a faceted ball. The little loops stopped the earrings from sliding forwards in front of the ear lobes. Diameter "1 / 2.8 cm. Condition: fine.

This studio piece features two engraved and oxidated textured designs on the main cuff, with an applied arching, overlapping band. Its distinctive, oblong shape is surprisingly comfortable and conforming to the shape of the wrist. It appears to have been hardly worn, and is nicely crafted. This is a lovely 3-piece suite of earrings and a brooch, circa 1940's. The earrings and brooch have 3 layers of petals / leaves. The top of each one surrounds the turquoise stone. The earrings are screwback and measure 1/4" x 1/4" (x 1/2" high, from the lowest petal to the top of the stone). Each earring is marked SILVER MEXICO. The brooch displays 6 smaller stones with the same floral design with the top petals enveloping the stones. It measures 1 5/8" x 3/8" (x 1/4") and marked STERLING.

A vintage bronze brooch or pendant with a nude figure around a brown swirled agate.

Has 'fingers' which hold the stone in place. Measures 3" long and 1 1/2" across. Has a secure rollover clasp and also a small bale so could be worn either as a brooch or on a chain. Can be worn up and down or sideways as a brooch. The bale is behind the figure's knee so the figure would be crawling down when worn on a chain.

A stunning 1950's costume jewelry pendant with prong-set aurora borealis rhinestones in shades of blue and white surrounding a central large amethyst rhinestone. The brooch is finished with four pear-shaped amethyst drops. The metal has a matte gold finish. With the addition of a pendant loop affixed to the pinstem, this piece would make a terrific pendant.
