Made in one of the countries of mainland South-east Asia which were, at the time, under French colonial control, this silver repousse brooch bespeaks the level of craftsmanship local silversmiths had attained and their attention to composition and design execution. A 14k white gold pearls lily of the valley brooch circa 1950. This elegant vintage 2-1/4" x 1" brooch has six 8mm. cultured pearls and it appears to be a stylized lily of the valley floral spray - a perfect gift for that May birthday. The leaves are hand engraved and the slightly baroque pearls have a nice pinkish lustre; this pin is stamped 14K and it weighs 6.4 grams...

Modernist design enamel and silver pin, c.1950's. Design is a pair of flesh-colored hands with a blue bird in the upper left corner. The other enamel colors are red, yellow, green, black, and brown. A hand engraved Smibo sterling silver rectangular hinged bangle bracelet from the 1950s. It measures 2-1/8 x 2" across the interior and it is 1/2" wide. It has a safety chain, a box clasp and it is engraved on one half. Unusually it is of rectangular hollow construction unlike most and it is stamped SMIBO STERL.. It weighs 20.7 grams and it is in excellent vintage condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs however it has a small engraved BAH on the unengraved side...

Here is a copper necklace with a sophisticated look that works for a variety of occasions. Made by Renoir of California, it lies neatly around the neck like a collar of copper fringe. It is nicely designed with alternating groups of graduated flat links, and has a secure fold-over clasp that bears the Renoir mark. Copper is almost as bright as the day it was made, mostly due to Renoir’s special coating to preserve the metal’s luster. Total length is 15 inches; widest links measure 1 inch...

The pin is 2 1/2" in diameter. Pin back works well. It is hallmarked Pegasus Coro.

The bracelet is 7 1/4" long by 1 1/8" wide with a safety chain that may not be original to the piece. The clasp is the fold over type that has a bend but works just fine. This, too, is hallmarked Pegasus Coro.

The clip earrings are 1 1/8" in diameter and are adjustable. The clips work well. They are marked Coro and Pat 2,809,550 for 1957. This is a fabulous set in fabulous condition.

This Trifari sterling Alfred Philippe Jelly belly pig pin is gold plated sterling, with rhinestones and lucite. It is hallmarked Trifari with crown, sterling, pat. pend. This pin was designed by Alfred Philippe in 1943. It is 2 1/8" by 1 1/2".Lucite jelly bellies were copied from figurals originally done in gold and rock crystal.

We have a superb Los Castillo 18in. long necklace to offer today. The links are 1 3/8ths tall making for a striking presence. The stones have no cracks or chips and also have no striations that come to the surface of the amethyst. The color is a beautiful mix of milky swirl and jelly purple. Properly hallmarked as shown with the old linear mark for Los Castillo when Margot Van Voorhies was married to Don Antonio Castillo. Definitely a collectors treasure.

Beautiful repousse' work in this elegant design by William Spratling brings the piece to life. Weighing 23 grams and measuring 3" x 2" the brooch was designed as a dress or fur clip. This famous duette has 2 bluebirds perched on 2 flowering grapevines. The birds are hand painted with enamel colors. All of the crystals have been faceted by hand. The birds are 3 dimensional giving you the sight of 2 wings on each bird. Each bird measures 1.75" high and 1.35" wide. The duette measures a total of 1.75" high and 2.75" wide.

This is a very old pre 1948 Mexican silver bracelet that is in exceptional condition. The 5 stones are barrel cut amethyst with no cracks or chips. The underside shows many work marks. The barrels have no splits however there are reflections of light that may appear so. The bead work was also very taken care of without damage. The height of the piece is 1 1/8th inches. Marked SILVER MEXICO which I find to be made with quality and a weight of 65 grams. This bracelet has a wearable length of 6.5i...

From the Futuristic Hans Hansen line(1932-1948), a pair of solid sterling dangle earrings by Karl Gustav Hansen. They have been retrofitted for pierced ears and hang 2.75" with a combined weight of 10.9gr.

This Adolph Katz Coro sterling craft framed roosters brooch 42 is 1 5/8" by 1 1/2" . It is Des. 132,337 dated May 5, 1942.

Most of these designs were borrowed from George Jensen designs. It is gold vermeil over sterling.

There is plating wear on the high spots and the upper right hand corner.
