Interesting silver ring with a big red cabochon agate and some gold, made by Danish silversmith Ole W Jacobsen (workshop 1952 – 2002). The ring is hand hammered all around, the gold probably not under 14 K. An old “scar” to the stone, made by nature herself, has been left untouched to let the setting follow its shape. The sides exhibit clamp-like elements and the band shoulders bear engraved geometric designs.
