Wonderfully designed seven oval cornflower blue sapphires(approx. 1/3 carat each) alternating with eight diamonds(approx 1 pt. each) set in a 10k ring, c.1940's. Long elegant Baroque pearl necklace with matching earrings by Miriam Haskell. Gray bead spacers. Newly restrung. The necklace is 55" end to end and has the Miriam Haskell tag. The screw-back earrings are 1 3/4" long with Haskell marked on the shank.

This is a pair of fashionable 14Kt gold earrings with all the precious stones. The 5X4 millimeter cabochon rubies sapphires and emeralds are encircled by 72 full-cut diamonds. The approximate total weight of all diamonds is 1.10Ct. The earrings have posts and omega-backs and measure 1” long and ¼” wide.

Large and elegant, this heavily gold plated Trifari feather brooch is wonderful! Surface of the brooch is convex which adds to its graceful design, and clear, sparkling rhinestones add to its sparkle. Length of the curved feather is 4 1/4". Width is 1 1/2". The brooch is signed Trifari and pat pend.

This unsigned Hattie Carnegie "Elephant in the grass" brooch is spectacular. It has lots of attention to detail. This elephant is done with a black resin body, gold tone metal trunk and tusk, sparkling clear rhinestone marquises and crystals, green emerald grass stems. It has an open back which is riveted in places. It is 3" x2" . Like new condition.

It has been a long time since I have offered a mosaic Mexican silver necklace. It is difficult to find one as perfect as this one. No loss of mosaic which is rare and most importantly a design that rates above the rest in beauty and execution of color. This is a swirling, breathing, dragon with Lapis touched off as the dot in the swirls and dangle drops. The rest of the inlay is a rich deep teal turquoise. A very nice, heavy pair of classic double-sided cufflinks, each oval face set with old mine cut diamonds. The design is simple enough for the cufflinks to be worn during the day, but there's enough sparkle for evening wear, too. The diamonds are G-J color, VS1 to SI2 clarity. The cufflinks are fully hallmarked 18K, Birmingham and 1919. They also bear the marker's mark for B. H. Joseph & Co. (1865-1929).

A vintage modernist bronze link bracelet by Pentti Sarpaneva. Looks like a row of people holding hands. Measures about 7 3/8" around and 5/8" wide. Has a box push in closure which holds securely and a safety chain. Marked Bronze, P. S. and Finland on the back of the clasp. Nice contrast of dark and light surfaces. Fine condition, classic design. 1960's.

A very attractive pair of Art Nouveau 14K yellow gold bean-back cufflinks, the oval faces decorated with a swirling motif centering pairs of beautifully-colored opals. The opals have very good play-of-color with a preponderance of green and blue with a hint of orange-red. The backs of the faces are stamped with an unidentified maker's mark.

These cuff links are formed as gnarled bark, and appear to have a surface of light copper luster. They bear the mark of Pentti Sarpeneva of Finland (1925-1973), who worked primarily in bold designs during the 1950s and 1960s. The cuff links are securely hinged and measure 1 inch long by ½ inch wide.

Very cute vintage layered plastic pin in white and navy blue in the form of a sailboat, with red painted detail. This is a French piece; several similar figural sailor pins are pictured in the 2003 edition of "Plastic Jewelry" by Lilian Baker, with updates by Ginger Moro and Karima Parry. This piece is 1960s or 1970s. From a Baltimore estate. I also have the matching sailor pin, from the same estate, listed.

This beautiful, sterling silver bracelet measures just under 7 1/2" long. Each of the 7 links are bezel-set with colorful abalone. They are shaped like upside down triangles, similar to the later, carved, Aztec mask jewelry. Each link is surmounted on the classic Taxco, Mexico square of 4 round beads / balls. The back is marked ANR 925; but, it was stamped in reverse, see pictures. This great piece is circa 1920's to 1940's.

This great ring is sterling silver with a central, honey onyx stone. It measures 7/8" x 3/4" x 1/2". The band is flexible and marked TAXCO MEXICO 925 with SBA in the middle. It is also marked with the eagle assay mark 3, and STERLING. It is excellent condition.

This ring depicts a climbing snake. It is adjustable in size. The head of the snake is set in abalone. It is marked TAXCO 925, then (hard to read) MEXICO and maker's initials. It also has the Government assay spread eagle mark with a 3 inside.
