A vintage hand made long pendant necklace in an abstract design reminiscent of strung seashells in sterling and brass. Signed behind each of the the 'seashells' with a tiny 925, .45 and a Saguaro cactus hallmark. The bottom dangles are just marked 925. We have been unable to identify the artist.

The central pendant is a large sterling clam shell with 13 smaller dangling ones ending in hammered brass circles. Lots of movement.

The necklace measures about 22" around...

Very interestingly constructed sterling silver man's ring. The bar linking the ends of the band are topped with a cultured pearl on one side, and a flat black onyx or glass piece on the other. Unmarked. Excellent vintage condition. Size 12.

A vintage Art Deco style sterling silver and marcasite lapel watch brooch by Gotham. Has a wind up mechanism which runs erratically. Marked Sterling and the number 1. Has some numbers scratched on the back of the brooch part. Crystal is in nice condition. Missing one marcasite near the top of the brooch. Rollover clasp holds tightly. Blue enameled hands. Very pretty watch.

This beautiful piece is a brooch as well as a pendant, c. 1960. It is by Finn Jensen. The enamel is colorful with blues, pinks, etc. It is sterling vermeil and depicts a lovely, Norwegian, winter scene. Its diameter is 1 5/8". The back is marked NORWAY STERLING 925 and has the SV maker's mark for Finn Jensen. It is in excellent condition.

Each earring is composed of two trapezoidal pieces linked by a squared U-shaped wire. The screw backs are original and in good working order. The backs indicate sterling and bear the mark of modernist designer Paul Lobel. The earrings show very few signs of wear. They measure 1 ¾ inches long by 1/2 inch at the widest part. Weight: 7.6 grams total

Very nice Art Nouveau 10K yellow gold stickpin in the form of a lady’s head. A 4-pt. old mine-cut diamond of very good quality is set at the end of her trailing hair. The surface of the gold has the “bloomed” texture characteristic of Art Nouveau jewelry.

Origin: probably American, circa 1900. Condition: excellent, all original. Size: head, 11/16” x 7/16”; overall length, 2-7/8”. Weight: 1.5 grams.

A large curved bronze pendant and probably copper chain by Hannu Ikonen of Finland in the iconic Reindeer Moss design.

Here is a lovely necklace of openwork panels, each with a center marcasite, and three prong-set carved carnelians. All are suspended by a white metal chain decorated with embossed links. The beveled carnelians are decorated with carved stylized leaves and stems. The necklace measures 17 1/2 inches; the spring ring clasp appears to be original.

A hand made low grade silver "flower" pendant with 15 faceted natural antique-cut rubies, a single faceted natural emerald, three oval turquoise stones and opaline glass. A nicely cast sterling silver band of nautilus shells surrounds an oval, semi-translucent piece of gorgeous carnelian in this Arts and Crafts brooch presented here. A 19thC Dutch sterling silver belt buckle from 1864. This heavy, hand made and engraved belt buckle is fully hallmarked for 1864. This 2-7/8" x 2-1/4" hand made buckle weighs 1.25 ounces, and it has an AT over 64 maker's mark, the lion passant silver purity mark, Minerva head mark, and the letter mark for 1864. This item has an overall measurement of 2-15/16" x 2-3/16", and it has an inner or belt measurement of 2" x 1-3/8"...

Very finely crafted repoussé and pierced silver gold washed medallion, depicting a laughing Immortal riding a Qilin, he carries a lingzhi stem in one hand a lotus pod in the other. Late Qing Dynasty circa 1890-1910. This was probably sewn onto a garment or hat likely a part of a wedding outfit- (6.5cm x 5.5 cm, 6 grams). This Victorian gold filled slide chain comprises a 48" long rope chain. The oval slide decorated is by 3 seed pearls on one side and unadorned on the other. The slide is slightly loose on the chain and has suffered a small dent. Otherwise, the piece is in good condition.

A striking vintage Mexican sterling pendant set with a mixture of inlaid lapis and malachite, with a large cabochon cut tiger eye gem in the centre c1950-60. A collection of antique Ethiopian silver jewels, most of them Coptic Christian crosses. There is also a digit finger ring for a lady, and an ear spoon. Old Ethiopian silver, like these crosses, usually has a very high silver content, but is not hall marked. However, all these items have been tested for a silver content of at least 925 /1000. Wonderful post modern hand made sterling and gold ring by Novak, c. 1970's. Of very large dimension, the design shows a soaring bird with a gold head flying high above the band. The gold is directly soldered to the silver. The wing span measures 1 7/8" wide and stands 1" above the band and is size 8 1/4. Based on one of Spratling's early designs, this "ring with three cascabeles" was also made in Taxco and wrought in high purity, .980 silver. I believe the motif is the same here as that in the renowned maestro’s tortoise shell and silver "snake" box - the more I look at it, the more I think of writhing serpents with spotted skins. And having sold Spratling’s original in the past, I can assure you the ring at hand is a worthy, very well made alternative...
